?New? mobile app doesn?t work. Aside from that, I placed an online order via website and it was confirmed. I included directions... and they?ve been to my house several times before. My address is easy to find via GPS or just following the street numbers. Itwas around supper time so I gave them an hour and finally called. The man who answered the phone was rude and couldn?t possiblycare less his delivery driver brought my order back to the store. The delivery driver claimed he couldn?t get anyone at my homebut we were home, with the front door open. No one ever came to our house. The delivery driver either didn?t bother to deliveror couldn?t figure out they had the wrong house. No sincere apology, no offer to send the order out, nothing. Won?t be orderingagain anytime soon. Ordered all the time in Grand Forks with no issues. Quality of the food here in Fargo is 50/50 you never know what your going to... get, or if it will even be in a reasonable time or if it will get canceled without you knowing. This time I get a deliverydriver that thinks it?s cool to start talking trash the second I answer the door. I always have my phone on me so don?t accuseme of not answering my phone, and ?not paying attention?. When I tell you that you must have had the wrong number. I hate to do this cause I love Deeks. I waited an hour like the app said. Called to see what?s up and turns out my order got... voided without me knowing. Currently still waiting for pizza I paid for TWICE and still nothing. No discount when I called.Still made me pay full price after waiting for so long and no apologies. Terrible service. When the pizza got called in, the guy on the phone was very rude..we should?ve just hung up. Also he said... they?d get back to us shortly about our order..(which they never did) making it sound like if they want to make our pizza theywill Then it took 2 1/2 hours to get it, we called to just check the status of the pizza (at the two hour mark), and again theguy was very rude and said you?re lucky yours even got made before others. Still waited 30 minutes for it to come after thecall? Instead of delivering to us they call for us to come get it from them? and it was pure cold like it was sitting out forover 30 minutes. Put simple way better options out there. Problem is they capitalizing on the fact that nothing is open late. I've lived many... places and tried many different local stores. This one is juts missing the extra touch it totally needs to make it great.Currently it's just ok. Slightly better then store bought. Also most the toppings are totally from a can. Fresh produce wouldmake this better. Maybe a bit of salt and pepper to add flavor to the pie. Other sauce options for sure is needed. As forservice. Could definitely use some work to. Best of luck. Ordered 2 pizzas with a coupon that they sent out to us last month. When I called back to question the price the the driver... quoted, I was told they weren't able to honor the coupon - he told me "I'd be fired if I honored it". I questioned him on that,too. I paid around $36 + tip for a $25.99 pizza. It's disappointing that they won't honor their own coupons. Not likely to beordering again, nor recommending them to anyone else. Read more
My buddy called in a order for a lg 3 topping pizza at 8:26pm on 10-23-22. He specifically ordered a 17.99 special from the... ADVERTISING when you first call...there is a recording of the pizzas that are going for a special price, this pizza was supposedto be 17.99 for a 3 topping pizza. The lady that answered had said we don't have that, instead he was charged 19.99 plus a $3delivery charge, plus tax....came to a total of over $24. First, why doesn't Deek's HONOR what they advertise on the phone whenyou first call in? Second, the pizza arrived late, and it was the wrong price. Called back 3 times and complained. The lasttime my buddy called in was around 11:05pm and asked for the general mgrs phone number. My buddy was supposed to get a $15credit back. We'll see if that happens. I know for myself, I Will NOT be returning to Deeks for a pizza because of this.
