Ordered food, order was shown to being prepared then cancelled 30min after being placed with no explanation. I had to call to... find out they didn't have driver and that I would need to completely reorder and do carry out.... But don't worry they havedrivers coming in at 530pm if I wanted to wait 6 hours as if that was somehow helpful. What a joke. Read more
Much better quality pizzas from this store after new management. I use to drive to South University store even know this is a... few blocks away due to terrible pizzas that either had a terrible taste like old dirty pans or something otherwise I'd get apizza and no joke 2 to 3 inches of just crust, not even sauce, from the outside in. Think someone should have looked at apicture of a pizza to understand what they were making lol. University was not open or their servers were down one day so I gavethis store a shot again. Probably the best pizzas I've had from any dominos in years 2 times now! Thank you guys! Please keepup the awesome work! Store looks cleaner and more organized from the last vist awhile back as well. The pizza was completely burnt and looked as if it was shaken thoroughly. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was decent though!
The delivery time was fine, but the quality of the pizza was horrendous. I have ordered from Dominos at least a hundred times in... my life and never have I seen pizza delivered like this. The pizzas were not even the correct size. The thin crust pizza wastotally burnt and horribly cut. The sausage pizza didn't even have the toppings on all of the slices. I can't even tell you howdisappointed I was with this pizza. When I called the store, they wouldn't own up to their mistakes. Will not be ordering fromthis store again! Read more
I ordered a pizza and pasta for delivery, and when I stepped back into my apartment I opened the pasta and realized they sent... the wrong pasta AND the pasta was very burnt around the edges. I called back right away, but was kept on hold for over 30minutes before they hung up the phone. By that time, the store was closed for the evening. I ordered pizza at 7:35pm on 11/20/22. It is now 9:05pm and the tracker still shows it hasn't even left the store. I called them... about 25 minutes ago to ask what was going on and they gave a half-hearted apology after telling me the pizza is still on therack and they're waiting for a driver to return. The employee who answered the phone told me their orders were taking TWO hoursearlier, as if somehow that would make me feel better. Honestly, if they just told me in advance that it was going to take twohours to deliver my pizza, I would have gone to pick it up or ordered from an actually competent establishment. No harm done.Instead, they leave me waiting around for over 1.5 hours now with no communication whatsoever, and I'm starving, annoyed, andabout to get a VERY old pizza. This is ridiculous. Will avoid this store for the foreseeable future unless they can find a wayto make it right. Update: Pizza arrived COLD. The only instruction for the driver was to come to the front door, and naturallyhe came to the back. No apology for the wait, quality, or illiteracy.
