The drive thru service is usually pretty slow, but the food is normally warm.
Had to ask for napkins and straws and tell the drive thru person 3 or 4 times about the napkins .. he kept interrupting while... trying order food was Cold and cooked to long fries had no salt or pepper.. just a complete let down all the way around Read more
This use to be good for a couple of months, now it is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get a good well made burger and other... times you get this soggy, greasy burger, I'm talking so soggy that it leaks through the box and through the bag a little andonto your car seat. I got one of those burgers today and only was able to eat half. The other half was spent using the restroom,and kept me going back and forth to the restroom. I just threw it in the trash because it gave me the runs! I think I'll wait ayear or two for a rotation of employees maybe than things will get better their. Read more
Food is old and been sitting for hours... staff will not serve shakes or chicken tenders due to staffing issues they said...... when there's zero customers and 4 people working im struggling to understand that statement. Why not just take everything offthe menu and close Hardee's?.. Read more
Great location. Restaurant was clean. Service was efficient. Food was tasty. Just what we needed during a quick stop.
Consistently poor breakfast sandwiches. Over priced and severely under valued. I periodically stop by only to see nothing... changes. From the sunrise to Frisco breakfast sandwich, its all bread and very little of ham and egg. My last one was missingcheese. Not the picture we see on the menu board. The last 3 years has proven to make it hard to run a business that needs many people to run it. This Hardee's is an example of... one of those businesses. You cannot eat inside, and you can only order at the same window where you pick your food up...not abad thing...there were only two people working...the cook and the one who took the orders, the payments, drink dispensing,bagging. Great service from both of the young men that are earning their way through life at a real job. Read more
