Would highly recommend not going to this Hardee's ever sit in the drive-thru. All the lights are on for 10 minutes. Nobody will... answer the drive-thru at 9:00 at night when everything says they're open until 10:00. So rude. I wouldn't even give it a onestar and after being there for a while waiting they shut all the lights off and not see a thing. Read more
Was far from impressed the middle of the sandwich was cold AGAIN this is the only Hardee?s in town who cannot seem to make the... sandwich hot through and through! Grrrr, and why do all the other Hardee?s have horseradish sauce EXCEPT for yours? Youconstantly claims your warehouse hasn?t been shipping it out but I know that is not correct because EVERY other store in ourtri-city area has it!!! Maybe the worse Hardee's I have visited but the whole experience was just on the low end and felt just... uncomfortable. Highlights include.. * The dining room was closed. * The person taking my order was monotone and depressing intheir communication... I wanted to ask if she needed help. *They were out of ranch for our tenders so we went with BBQ sauce andketchup which was not in the bag... *The good news is this location had a special recipe where they added probably 3 times themayo that's typical to my fresco melt. *They appear to be understaffed which likely means morale is low but certainly means youwill need to be patient when you order... or better said we waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru with just 2 cars ahead of us. *She told me the price at the window, took my card and handed me our food. No smile or any other words. *The good news is I don'tever plan on visiting Fargo again so my opinion doesn't matter for the location. I love Hardee's but this was not a positivememory. Fries NOT cooked at all. Burger buns barely toasted. This just tells me employees are super lazy and the manager just doesn't... care. Money will not be wasted here again. Read more
I've eaten here 3 times. Each time was during lunch, long lines, (I realize sometimes this can't be avoided) then after ordering... and paying it was another 25 minutes to get the food... We ordered 2 burger combos. Nothing special. The food was cold Icouldn't even l finish my burger it was so bad. Also they put 2 end slices of tomato on my burger. Pro tip: if your that low onsomething that all you have is garbage, just omit it. Read more
The staff at this location is always so quick about making food and making it accurately. They always seem to be in a good,... goofy mood and enjoying what they are doing, which is fun to see. Food comes out piping hot every time and their drive thru hasalways been fast for us. Read more
Would love to eat here but even though it stated on door lobby was open (Friday at 11 am) all doors were locked. :(
