To start, the service was absolutely terrible. They were rude at the drive-thru. Second off I ordered the number 4 with no Mayo... or tomato and I got both on there. Not to mention they charged me for an extra sandwich. And lastly from what I could see frommy truck, their kitchen looked disgusting. If you?re planning on eating at Jimmy Johns, I would recommend the location byCostco. Anywhere but here. Read more

This is the second time since going to this location that my order is wrong. Once, I asked for pickles but got jalapeños. This location used to be good. But I?ve been to this location 4 times within the last 3 months or so, and they?ve gotten my... order wrong every time. 4 times in a row. Not sure why I even went back after the second time. Not only this, but I order asandwich that?s listed with no mayo, so I don?t bother asking to take it off. They put it on. So next time, I even go out of myway to ask for no mayo on a sandwich that isn?t even supposed to have mayo and THEY STILL PUT IT ON. Read more
