We ordered online and it says pick up order in 10 min. We drive to get our order and i go in to get it. They say it will 40 min.... I then go sit outside and wait and return to go get my order and the doors are locked and they say no more dine in short onstaff. I have now waited over an hour and they are forcing tou to go through the drive through were we wait another hour. Wewill never eat there again. Our food was cold and soggy and this was the worst experience going to get food.. Absolutely findanother place to eat.. not worth the wait. They are not customer friendly and have no idea how to take care of customers.. McDonalds looks like a 5 star restraunt for service compared to these idiots. Read more

Great place to go when your wanting a deli experience. Their club sandwiches are very good. Last time I went, I got a Reuben, it... was a good sandwich but not the best Reuben I've ever had. Overall this is a good place to eat and they have tons of options soyou can try lots of different things and not get bored. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Read more

Went here for the first time and it was delicious! My boyfriend and I got the Choose 2 for about $10! We both tried the spicy... turkey sandwich and the ingredients were very fresh, tasty, and the chipotle sauce was amazing. I would recommend this place toanyone! Also, the workers are all super nice and have us free drinks and cookies so we could try more of the menu, which wereboth delicious!!! Read more

I?d had food from here a few times before, but my most recent visit left me incredibly disappointed. The sandwich I ordered... (Garden Fresh Turkey) came with avocado on it, this was not something I requested additionally. Some of it had fallen out when Iopened up my sandwich to eat it, and when I went to pick it up I noticed it was rock solid. I pulled the rest of the avocado offof my sandwich as it too was rock solid. Someone really should have made a judgement call here and chose not to serve somethingso under-ripened that it was inedible. I would?ve happily opted for something else had I been made aware it would be served tome like this. Read more

My wife and I have eaten here quite a few times and the food has always been very good. One of our favorite delis in Fargo.... However, we have ran into issues with service now a couple times. The most recent being yesterday (8/14) we stood at the counterwaiting to order for at least five minutes. I could see plenty of people in the kitchen preparing food and visiting, includingthe cashier. They would glance at us standing there then go back to visiting. I was almost to the point of walking out andtaking our business elsewhere when the cashier finally stepped out to take our order. It seems that the majority of theworkforce is younger people which is awesome to see, but it just doesn't seem that there is anyone in charge to make sureemployees are doing what they're supposed to and not just hanging out with their friends in the back. Again, the food has alwaysbeen great, but be prepared to wait a few extra minutes for your sandwiches. Read more

Today for lunch we visited McAlisters for the first time. We liked it so much we had it again for dinner. The 4 meals we had... all had a twist to them. They were very good and I look forward to eating here again. Read more

They're new and here to stay. From humble beginnings to signature items. This place will leave you feeling great. I judge... sandwich shops on a couple different sammies. A french dip and a philly. I ordered their French dip. The bun was warm, moist, and ready to soak up the delicious au jus. The roast beef was thick, tender, and loaded with flavor. I had a cup of their potatosoup as a side. The soup was thick, piping hot, and packed full of flavor. My lady had the McAlister Club. 13 layers of fresh, flavorful meat, cheese, and soft bread. She also had the potato soup, which we both really enjoyed. Our little one had themac-n-cheese. She devoured her hot, cheesy, gooey dish. We washed down our fantastic meals with two large, ice cold glasses oftheir famous sweet tea. McAlister's Deli is definitely on our list! Read more
