I went to the 19th Avenue North McDonald's location on Friday morning December 2nd 2022. I got two of the sausage burritos and... one of them had plastic in it. Went in and complained. Should have got a refund but was only offered another burrito. At thatpoint though not hungry anymore. Not going back to this location again. Read more

I go to this McDonald's everyday because of it's proximity to my house. The amount of food "forgotten" from my orders is... absolutely ridiculous to the point I believe they purposely do it to eat it themselves. I also use the McDonald's app and one ofmy deals for a large fry didn't go through for some reason and the manager says "I can offer you a medium" why? Just to messwith me? And I'm still waiting for the 20 coupons I was supposed to receive in the mail. The sad part is I've met 2 of thenicest people in the world working there but hey a couple diamonds in the trash is normal right. Which is why you get 2 starsinstead of 1 ???? Read more

I get to McDonald?s around 10:08am and I want breakfast and the line is pretty long but seemed to be moving quick enough. The... car in front of me is ordering at 10:22am and I?m waiting for them to get done and pull forward. Then the line doesn?t move forabout 9 mins so when I?m able to order it?s 10:31am. I asked if I can still get breakfast because I?ve been waiting so long inline and was there on time. The girl was very rude to me and said that it?s past 10:30 so I can?t. Which I do understand that itends at 10:30 but i got here early enough for breakfast but because everything took so long and the line was so slow, I missedit. I?m more upset about how rude the lady was to me about it rather than missing it. I?ve had so many issues with rudeemployees and messed up orders at this McDonald?s and I?ve tried giving more chances thinking that maybe someone is having a badday but this morning after the super rude person about it being one minute past was just too much. Horrible horrible horrible. I?ve given this McDonald?s 4-5 chances just recently, and they?ve messed up every single time.... Orders always wrong and my burger always has the stuff I asked them to take off. They gave me the wrong size fries twice nowwhen I paid for a bigger size. Gave me the wrong size Frappuccino when I paid for a bigger size. Now they?re giving me aFrappuccino with no whipped cream without telling me they were out. At least I?ve gotten a Frappuccino the past 2 times I guessbecause every time I?ve tried to get one before that they make up some excuse. Don?t waste your time. Read more

Forget peak hours. They crash and burn. The wait is super long. Didn?t even bother ordering. They could all take a lesson from... the Detroit Lakes location. Those folks have it down to a science. Read more

The worst wait ever. Wanted a refill on a drink. Was ignored by 3 employees. Another costumer called out to say hey 3 people... waiting here. Finally got served. Second time to this location. Will be my last. Both times no napkins in bag when Ireceived my meal. Both times long wait on service. Read more

Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes, the drive through was empty so I figured it might be easier for everyone to just drive... up? Nope, the employee was rude and rolled her eyes when I tried to explain why I came up to her window. Thankfully the managerwas friendly and understood when I explained I was just trying to be helpful, but I don't think I've ever had a worse experiencegetting fast food. Read more

I expect my issues with McDonald's at this location to be solved probably within a couple weeks. This is a newly renovated... McDonald's post-covid. When you walk in it is obvious that they do not want to have contact between a customer and an employee.In other words there is no one at the front desk. They have one register and then they have a few kiosks. interestingly, thekiosk that you first see works. The second kiosk says something about lack of social distancing therefore this kiosk doesn'twork it's other side works which one would think defeats the purpose of the kiosks. The biggest problem with this place is theydon't know how to operate currently I know this because the actual employee that gave me my food admitted to that she doesn'tknow what she's doing. The kiosk tells you to enter the code on a table placard and that the food would be delivered to yourtable. This is apparently has not been communicated to the employees who don't want to come into the dining room. I wouldrecommend a field trip to Chick-fil-A where they could see how employees in the dining room greatly improve the experience. Theother thing that bothered me about this location is is that this location is directly across from the Fargo dome and NDSU thereis no localization of the decor this is a very modernistic simplified decoration. The other big thing is that they took out thePlayland. The food was McDonald's standard, so my tummy is full.
