I want to give 5 stars for the guy at the front counter. This was my first time ever at noodles and company- I'm from Washington... state never heard of it. I walked in all excited asking the front counter guy what he likes there and what I should get. Tellinghim I'm new and trying to be friendly, I gave a 10% tip too! (: Out of no where, one of his co workers emerges from the back anddirectly asks him loudly in front of everyone "hey how's your girlfriend?" The front counter guy didn't understand and said"um.. how's MY girlfriend?" He said again directly and loudly "yeah hows your girlfriend? We saw you talking to her (me) on thecameras and assumed..." The poor front counter guy looked so embarrassed ! I stood up for him, I laughed and said "it wasn'tlike that, why would he say that? What a freak!" Then looked at the other customer this all happened in front of and said loudlyto her "isn't it funny how people try to embarrass and make others look bad, but really they just make themselves look bad?" OMGit was so awkward my first experience here. Before I left the front counter guy gave me my bag I said "hey I'm so sorry if Icame off weird, I'm just new and was trying to be friendly." Moral of the story screw the guy from the back of the store tryingto be mean. Read more

Stopped in this evening before going to my hotel and not only was there a ton of menu items to choose from, but I also received... excellent service from the team working tonight. 5 stars!! Read more
They were super busy and my pickup order waa just a few minutes later than scheduled time. The food is good. I will go back.

This place was packed. We are from out of town. There was a hockey deal & Christmas traffic. This staff was working extremely... fast, polite, nice, & the food was amazing. I am also allergic to a lot of foods my sales clerk who may have been the manager ?Took the time to explain, I could still get my favorite chicken pesto dish with a rice noodle. I was nervous on taste but it wasamazing! This crew was amazing. Good job to all working on Dec 11, Saturday, around 2-3 :) Great staff great food hardworking!!! Great service and food. Staff handles orders efficiently and delivers to tables. Optional lemon wedges by soft drinks is a nice... touch. Parking is a bit limited, but adequate considering the amount of nearby stores. Noodles from a variety of tastesavailable so there's always something new- veggie noodles are a particularity fun option. Great lighting to see your companywell while you eat, and music is low and not distracting . Read more
We ordered from the 45th street Noodles and Company for a large group (30 meals) tonight, and not only did the get every order... right, they also went out of their way to deliver it for us! Amazing service and top notch people working there! Read more
