I wanted to share my experience I had this evening. I went to dinner with my very hyper 10 year old as a treat for her. She was... acting up as kids do, and our server, Gabe, could see me getting overwhelmed with her. He maintained his composure and humoredher many questions. The restaurant was very busy and he took excellent care of us! I did not care for the food that much, myfault for going off the path of what I usually like, but just for the service alone, provided by Gabe, I wish I could give 10stars. The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. But where my family's experience was made was with our fantastic server,... Mercedes. She was incredibly friendly and equally professional. She made sure we were all taken care of and that our experiencewas perfect. This girl deserves a raise. We went for lunch and had a fabulous experience. We started with a bloody mary and a cappuccino. I was so pleasantly surprised... by the cappuccino. It was light and tasty, with a beautiful bite of biscotti. The bloody mary was tart and excellent. Bestbloody mary in town!! The salad and bread were a bit delayed, and there wasn't much of the "endless bread." We had the salmonand the 6 oz sirloin, both of which were fabulous. The steak was juicy and the alfredo it came with was beautiful and buttery.The salmon was tender and moist. Our server was always on top of it and provided wonderful service. 2/4/22 - We were out Fargo for the day and just had to come to Olive Garden for lunch. We were served by Emily who was... incredible. Everything arrives at the table faster than we expected. Good: Servers were attentive. Food was prepared and served in a timely manner after we ordered. We had a large group so good... credit for that. The food itself was fine but priced high. We spent $18 per entree, which was frankly a large enough portionfor two servings. We waited for well over an hour to be seated, and that was after calling in.
