Ordered a monster employee acknowledged me but didn't ring it in. Ordered TWO egg rolls. Paid for both received ONE. Called to... politely let the manager know that his employees made two mistakes during my order. I was not greeted politely manager wasoverly rude about me calling and telling me not to "judge" it's not judging when your employees are failing to do their job. Read more
Start off..the entry door is unbelievably heavy and hard to open. Some of the workers were to busy watching n showing others... videos to help anyone. Cashier was extremely friendly! As for the food- barely warm! Had them make fresh egg rolls so they werehot. I will not eat at this panda express ever again in life. Read more
Ordered Panda Express today on my lunch. All of the breading on the honey walnut shrimp was soggy and falling off. Half the time... the food doesn?t seem fresh lately and the only two entrees I like to get always one of them is out of stock. Usually not evenasked if I mind waiting for it. Just ?we?re out of? Orange Chicken is great here!!! However, 45th St location ALWAYS runs out of it at dinner time every single day! So if you want... it like it seems like, go early! But it's a good place and friendly staff.. maybe you should make more orange Chicken since itis a VERY popular request! Read more
Went to 9 dragons today to try something new... Ya walked out without food and went to panda Express. The guy working where you... first order about 630 on August 4th was beyond awesome! I forgot to grab his name, but he deserves a raise ???? and of coursethe food was amazing as always! Read more
Very rude in the drive through, ordered for 2 people only got utensils for one person, got 2 pieces of the entree chicken the... rest of the meal was the side, way better off going to a different location, included photo has all the chicken received insight. Read more
Bathroom was awful. The floor wasn?t clean, the toilet handle wasnt connected to anything so it was impossible to flush, and the... soap! ???????????????? don?t get me started on the soap. Food was inedible. Cold, dry, and the ?cooked broccoli? was raw. Thestaff was fooling around, only enforcing the idea they didn?t know what they were doing. Not coming back! Read more
