Horrible customer service! Went to the drive thru the male taking my order started rushing me to hurry up and make a selection... when I took a pause to go over the menu because they were out of the items I originally ordered. This same person came out tohand off our order and I caught checked his name tag as Roger. Management needs to reprimand! Read more
Went to drive through for dinner tonight, the gal on the speaker was extremely short with me, kept interrupting me, half the... menu items seemed like they were out, and ended up getting my order wrong because she was too busy asking me if that's all Iwanted when I was still talking. Extremely rude. Would not go there again. My order was also incorrect. Read more
Came in for supper around 7pm. Whole place has chairs stacked like they're close. Door says they are open until 9pm. Food was... okay, lots of dried out stuff, not a lot to choose from. Couldn't even use the bathroom without someone to try get in to cleanit and close the place down. If you don't want customers in the lobby, just lock the door, we can eat elsewhere... Read more
Nice new location. Large nice modern interior. Only one other couple in the dining area. 3 employees working on a Saturday... evening. The employee working the front food line seemed very busy and distracted with her drive thru orders/headset. I feltrushed. It seemed as though we were bothering her when we asked about the Family Meal. There were many dishes that were emptyso we had to wait for our food. Still waiting for our food so if it changes my review, I'll be back. Read more
