Very fast and the guy adjusted my bill so I saved almost $10.
Placed an order online and was given a complete different order. The girl was very rude and treated us like it was our fault and... we showed our online order. Funny thing is they have a sign on the door about being nice to the employees, maybe be nice to thecustomers in return. Read more
Was turning onto 32nd right next to Papa Johns yesterday around supper time. The delivery driver that was turning out behind me... was smoking a cigarette license plate 171 DMH. Found it really unprofessional that they were smoking a cigarette in the same caras the food as the smoke can contaminate food. I see it as the same sort of situation of an employee smoking in front of thestore rather than going to the back. As a delivery driver, you are a face of the company and to be smoking a cigarette whilebeing a face I feel is unprofessional. Read more

I order over the phone and it has always been a good experience. They make sure to get the details right and repeat your order... exactly. They suggest other menu items without being pushy. I usually get a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. This is aplace that actually gives you that when you order it. You can tell with every bite. Apart from the quality, the staff is alwayspleasant, and watching them work together you can see they enjoy what they do and each other. So I do pick-up rather thandelivery as part of the experience. Was so not impressed got more crust than pizza got special lg 3 topping special for 10 bucks ended up being charged 17.50 for it... and one sauce for 10 piece bread sticks. Will not go back. Read more
Made my order at 7:25. Order didn't arrive till around 8:35 pm. Called the store and manager said driver must of taken more... orders. I said ok that's fine. Driver with sparkly belt finally brought food. The chicken Alfredo papabowl looked like asloppy veggie bowl with a chicken bone in it. We always order from this location and the food is good.
