I stopped at the Veteran's location and upon entering was asked if I phoned my order in. When I said, "No" the clerk said they... were very busy and I would have to wait. REALLY! No was in the store at 1pm and there were 3 clerks I could see. After 5minutes of being ignored I said "I will get my pizza elsewhere". I couldn't make out what she said, just that it wasn't nice. Really fast service even though I didn't order ahead

Originally, half of my order was wrong and I didn?t realize it until I got home, and it was too late that night to call. I... called and talked to a manager the next day and she was very apologetic and quick to resolve the mistake! When I walked in, it took about 2 minutes to be greeted regardless of the fact there were 4 employees up front. Finally, I'm... asked if I've ordered. I told them yes (I did it online) and then the girl walked away. I stand at the pickup counter for a fewminutes while being ignored. Finally, a man comes in and is greeted right away and asked the name of his online order. I had tobutt in to ask for my own order. I love papa Murphy's, but this location staff has now destroyed it for me. Arrived 50 minutes before close on 11 dollar Tuesday... and got nothing but attitude from the two young girls working. It was a major inconvenience for them to help me and it was clearthey were angry I was there. They all but dumped the toppings on my cowboy and put olives on when I asked for NO olives. Snarkytill the end. Rude as hell and have lost a customer for life. I was furious and will never return. Pathetic the lack of workethic these days. We love Pappa Murphy's pizza! But this location is not good. In our family, it is know as " the bad location".Our order was... wrong again. This has happened to us multiple times at this location. It's is not the first time but will be our last. We havecalled to tell them about it. They have never even apologized. Nothing. I ordered a pizza by phone. They said their would be a 45 min. Wait and the pizza would be ready at 5:30. I went to pick it up... at around 5:40 and he took my money like it was ready and after I paid he said it?s not ready. I had to wait another 35-40 min.And he said it still wasn?t ready! I was ready to get a refund and leave and he told me I?ll check on your pizza knowing it wasstill not made. Other people coming in after me and getting their pizzas before me!
