Kaly greeted us with such kindness and treated us so well. Refilled us with super cold drinks and was so attentive. Knew the... menu items and things we didn?t even know. Food was good and it came out fast, honey our server was dulce como la miel de los pancakes ! And very good ????????
I went in to try them again. We were seated promptly, but waited about 40 minutes before leaving. We watched our server take... care of 4 tables that came in after us(there were a total of 8 tables occupied with 2 servers tending to them.) This isn't thefirst time that I have been sorely disappointed, it will be the last time that I go in though. I didn't wait to see if ourserver was going to get drink refills(the host got our drinks) let alone take our order. I have went to so many places thatserve you within 5-15 minutes. Read more
Was seated 25 minutes ago, and they have yet to come to our table to even ask about drinks. Took 55 minutes to get drinks from... the time we sat down, was 30 minutes after we ordered. Two of ordered salmon and we fort completed different portions. The goodwas good otherwise and notified the manager of the poor service and was given 45% off the ticket. Read more
Honey our waitress was absolutely exceptional and so kind to us. She brought refills of our sodas before we even came close to... running out on our 1st drink, brought extra fries as well because the 1st round of fries were over cooked without me asking. Shecame and checked on us quite often if we needed anything else and asked how our food was. She was kind to other tables around usas well and put a smile to everyone! Thank you Honey!! Read more
