Do not order pizza from them. They use doordash now. Your pizza will be cold and old because they also deliver other people's... food from other restaurants at the same time. Read more
The quality of pizza the past 2 visits have been horrible. Old dough makes for hard stale crust within 8 hours. 9 months ago... this location was really on top of everything. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and I thought that you couldn?t mess that up. I was wrong. My pizza was late compared to the... expected time which I didn?t mind because I had time. They forgot the sauce I ordered and I decided I could live without it. Itook ONE bite and there is no red sauce in this so called ?pizza?. The cheese even looked curdled almost and the crust was halfbaked. If I wanted cheese bread I would have ordered cheese bread not this ?pizza?. I cant even comprehend how you mess up likethat. Absolutely horrible ordered a pizza before 8 o?clock and no movement on the app at all or anything had tried to call them close... tonight because it had been close to two hours paid $50 for everything I ordered they are a charge my card and we went answeredon the phone was told a very rudely that they were closing at 9 o?clock and hung up on me I have yet to get my ordered fulfilledand delivered to my address I paid $50 for the whole order absolute ridiculous. One of the worst customer service experience. I really hate to give negative reviews and this is the first one. I recently... moved to Fargo and I have always ordered from Papa John's and other pizza places where the customer service, delivery andservice is top notch. So I ordered this pizza on the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer and wanted to try pizza hut. Check the screenshotof the email. The order was placed at 10:15am and the I scheduled the pick up at 4:15pm. I reached at around 4:10pm expectingmy pizza to be ready in next 5 minutes and was not sure that this visit is going to turn out to be a nightmare. The name of theperson at the front desk was Rick and he never cared to greet (not only me but anyone who came in). Firstly I was told that myorder could not be found and when did I place my order (gave the order number and displayed the email on phone) So now the funstarted, your order is not ready and It would take around 10 minutes to prepare. This was for my kid and and I was ok to waitfor 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was asked if what was the Pop on my order, I said that there is no pop and just a pizza andcinnamon rolls. I waited again for 10 minutes and then I was told that the whole order was wrong prepared. I have lost my temperby now and said that I am ready to take whatever was made. Adding to this frustration, I was given a smile and told that myorder was never prepared.... Really? All he said again was that I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the order to be prepared orhe can give me a store credit. With all the snow and chill out there (4 degree real feel), I was in no mood of getting a creditnot the pizza. Another note to add while I was waiting and observing, None of the employees inside the kitchen used gloves andthey prepared each pizza with bare hands and running them all around in the toppings.
