got sandwiches and coffees, one sandwich didn?t have a bottom piece of bread, and the other was just thrown in all over the... place in the bag, tasted horrible, the coffee was bad too , tasted like caramel water. would post a pic but already in thetrash. waste of money!! Read more

Good tasting coffee. Only thing I can recommend is when someone orders coffee ahead of time like I did at 7:05, make sure it is... ready for them when they get there instead of having them sit six minutes in the drive through and getting their coffee to themat 7:17. The person in the drive through said she didn?t even know someone was there waiting to order. The whole point ofordering ahead of time is for convenience and less wait times. Read more

Never tried scooters before but I remember seeing them when I drove through Omaha. I was really excited to try them out and was... not disappointed. SKIP STARBUCKS AND CARIBOU. Scooters is the place to be! I got a candy bar Expresso blended drink and they hadheath bar flavor. The blended drink is so smooth and not ice chunks like you get at any other coffee place. Yesterday I absentmindedly drove past the order machine and right up to the window. Not yet realizing my mistake imagine my... shock when a clearly angry supervisor slams open the window, glares at me and very snottily says "did you order already". Isaid no. After scolding me sverely about driving past the order maxhine she turns to the server/cashier mutters something andstorms off in a huff. I'm clearly dazed but server was super nice and helpful. Like"no big deal". Probably in part cuz all Iorder was regular coffee. So which employee left the better impression? Not the supervisor...which makes me really wonder aboutprioritues at this location. Read more
