I went into Smashburger with fairly high expectations. I've always heard good things about them. While on a trip to Fargo we... decided to finally give them a try. Honestly this was NEARLY the worst burger I've ever had. The grease level was off thecharts. Minus the grease the brisket on the burger tasted sour. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. The floors felt likethey had a layer of fat on them that could carry a slide across the entire dining room. The tables were dirty as well. Theyhadn't been cleaned in what looked like over an hour based on the dried sauce on them. I made it thru half my food and tappedout. I love burgers but this thing was going to rocket thru my system in record time. Needless to say I won't be returning. Oh.... And finally $35 for a burger and a salad is outrageous. Read more
2 stars because 1 of the last times we ordered our burgers were very undercooked and raw af. They corrected it by giving us free... meals but with our most recent order the portion of fries looked like a small when we ordered large and they never put avocadoson the avocado burger we ordered so we got overcharged for an item we never got. There seems to be always something wrong wevery order we make. ???????? Read more
Not impressed. I ordered gluten free, due to celiac disease. Hubby ordered gluten free, because of my disease. He was asked... if his is an allergy too. IT DOESNT MATTER! He ordered gf, just give him gf! If he has gluten and kisses me, I will get sick! Just give him what he ordered. Also, the food was not exceptional, for a $33 tab. It wasn't horrible. Great time and great food!! Great burger options! I had the Colorado Burger, so juicy and full of flavor!! I love the options... for sides too. Can't go wrong with the Smash Tots, so good!! First time eating here. The food was great was great. The person that took our order was amazing. His name is kaden he needs a... raise. My haystack onion were not cooked all the way he had them make new ones. They were much better. Read more
Very good burgers with a large variety and good flavor. Fries and tots are also incredible. Customer service was also utterly... amazing, like, waaaay better than even the best fast food stores and burger joints that I've gone too around here. Onlydownside was the price. Read more
Wow is this place good!! Smash Burger was absolutely delicious. The bbq bacon burger is dynamite. Chicken sandwiches were... awesome too. They have some unique options and everything was great. The sides are good and so is the smashsauce. The staff wasfriendly and gave us background on the restaurant. I'm jealous we don't have any where I'm from. Read more
