I had ordered 4 hard shell tacos and every single one was soggy to the point it was leaking through the wrapping. I also had... ordered two chalupa supremes, which were missing Ingredients and was barely wrapped. Needless to say everything was spillinginto the bag and even started leaking through the carry out bag. Horrible experience. I will not returned this location. Read more
simply one of the worst taco bell?s to visit in fargo. they didn?t cook or cut our quesadillas. went back through to get them... redone, well he did cook it and cut it? he only gave me back HALF of the quesadilla. at that point i tried calling the store totalk to a manager, when i asked for the manager he hung up on me? luckily the manager called me back and we got it firgured out,i don?t blame the manager, i just blame the employees who can?t seem to cook their food right. i love taco bell and wouldnormally talk great about it but this experience had me very disappointed. taco bell please redo your training! The only reason I and giving 2 stars is because of the team member Dominic Engen, he's a very nice young man, polite, always had... a smile on his face and I don't have to worry about my order being properly assembled. Every other taco bell in Fargo Mooreheadis completely worthless when it comes to customers food!! My granddaughter is severely, severally allergic to beans but shelikes the Veggie bowl from Taco Bell... This Taco Bell and University have put beans on her dish even though we ask for nobeans, and explain to them it's a severe food allergy and you can see finger marks in the dish were they scraped the beans backout with their hand!!!!!! That's absolutely disgusting and could EXTREMELY hurt someone with any allergy and possibly death!!When you call the manager to explain all they do is try to give you a coupon for an item off of the menu. That would be okay ifANY of them would acknowledge what their staff did was completely and utterly inappropriate, but they don't!! We will ONLY go toTaco Bell when Dominic's working!! Read more
Wow, 8:45pm on Saturday night. The drive through is full, one car is already behind me. As soon as I pull to the order I get a... sorry we're closed, come back tomorrow! I'm now stuck in the drive through lane with two cars behind me. I have no choice but topull forward and wait for the two cars still in front of me to get their orders before I can get out! I had yelled in thespeaker that they can't close mid rush. I heard two different voices but then the mic went off. Once the last car PRIVILEGED toorder received their food the man in the window literally ducked out. I drove up looked in, as did the one remaining car behindme. The two employees were hiding! Whoever gave the drive through customer service a outstanding above me was mistaken. Theworst ever. Not only did they refuse me service but I was trapped in the drive through watching the two cars in front of me gettheir orders. I'll be finding the store number and calling corporate. Read more
Well, it's Taco Bell. I didn't go there for a fine dining experience, we all know what Taco Bell is. The food was normal,... nothing to rave or complain about. The dining area was an absolute disaster though. Spliied food all over the floor, tables andchairs. Wrappers and lids all over the floor and counter of the drink station and the place smelled like sour puke. Absolutedisgusting. Seriously the owner and managment should be embarrassed. I didn't want to be a freak taking pictures of all thefilth but I did snap a quick one, tough to see but trust me, it was terrible. The short staffed excuse doesn't cut it anymore.The drive through was blocked off with traffic cones but no obvious reasons why so you had to go inside if you wanted to order.I really hope there was a school bus full of children that just left but I believe that mess had been accumulating for quitesome time. I strongly suggest someone who oversees this place gets their act together. If the loggs was that bad I can onlyimagine what the food prep area was like. Read more
