This has to have been the best experience at a Taco John's in Fargo I've had. The guy at the window couldn't have been nicer. I... didn't have to ask for things as he asked me before I could. Great service, food was hot and fresh, Very polite. This is theTJ's on the corner of 32nd Ave and 25th Str. I gave the TJ' S on 45th St two more chances, not much if any improvement. The worker didn't even wrap half the order. He just tossed the stuff in the bag and covered it up with my two tacos and a bunch... of sauce packets. But at least the gave us zero napkins. I won't be back. Read more
This Taco John's has really gone down hill. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt if they were short handed but the... day I came through they had ample people just standing around looking at their phones. This wouldn't be a problem had they beengetting food out in a timely manner but that wasn't the case either. To top it off they made my meal wrong, it was just grossand the potato oles seemed like they'd been sitting there all day. I'm very sad about this because this use to be one of thebest Taco John's in the area in my opinion and now they're definitely the worst. I hope they turn things around before it getsshut down. I?m from out of town and remembered eating here the last time I was in town. My brother and I went through the drive thru. The... gentleman that took my order was nice. Got 2 soft shell tacos meals. Drive up to the window, got the food VERY quickly. Driveaway from the window and park in the parking lot. I went to eat one of the tacos within a couple minutes and it was ice cold. Went back to let them know the tacos were cold and one of the staff members accused me of lying saying he doesn?t rememberwaiting on me. He was not the one that did, it was another guy who was at the time of my return outside taking a break, I wouldassume. I had my receipt, I had the cold tacos, yet this particular staff member closed the window in my face, not caring thatI could prove I was just there. They replaced the cold tacos and the lady who gave them to me was extremely rude! I have neverbeen treated like this, I am shocked! Before accusing someone of lying look at all the facts! This was my first time here and I went around 8:40 p.m. the cashier guy through the order window was patient with me as I tried... to get familiar with their menu. My son's love Taco John's and I needed to get them some dinner and figured I'd try this placeout. I spotted the six pack and a pound special and remembered my son's liked that, and purchased it. I wasn't sure what Iwanted and the cashier mentioned that it was steak Thursday or something like that and I ordered the special that he mentioned.Cost about $16 for my food and son's food. Food order came fast and well prepared. I feel that the value for the money wasgood. My taco and burrito were on a whole new playing field of flavor and ingredients. Out of familiarity, I tend to go toTaco Bell and not try other taco type fast foods. But should you compare the two, Taco John's is top notch for taste, value,customer service. Taco John's delicious food felt like I was eating authentic Mexican food. I highly recommend this Taco John's.I didn't go inside the store since they were closed inside but drive-thru was open. Never went here before tonight. Kids love this place. Bought a 6 pack and pound for my teenager and friend and steak taco for... myself. Went through drive thru and employee on intercom was super helpful and friendly. He patiently waited for me to check themenu out since I was unfamiliar with it. Highly recommend this Taco John's. Breakfast bacon scrambler, num! The 32nd location has always been my favorite, the staff are friendly and the food is great.
