Great locally owned restaurant in Fargo nd could use a little work on staff readyness but overall great food.
I got there about 6:45 pm. I saw a sign that said the drive up was closed. Then I parked and saw the dinning room was closed.... Upon going to the door, it said that they were closed at 7:00. There were two people in there working. I tried calling as I wantto order a Taco Salad. The guy picked up the phone and just laid it down and walked away. I finally left. If they would have puta sign up that they were closed, I would have left right away, but they didn't. I was frustrated. It was on a Friday night. During Saturday afternoon I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one came on the speaker. There were no signs posted that... they were closed etc. Very disappointing. Read more
I had the sweetest lady at the window today (July 4th, 2022). She had a red cast on her arm and she had the kindest smile. ... She made my day so much better. Her customer service was amazing and she deserves recognition! Read more
It was as great... The service was very kind, end I was very impressed at that. The other Taco John's on 13th doesn't have the... best service with employees. The food was delicious, but the one on 13th did make the food better. All in all, I say that it wasa very pleasant, worthwhile trip, even though the inside café part is closed. Read more
Taste just like you expect fast food tacos from taco johns to taste. Whenever I go they load up our tacos and they aren?t... soggy. My husband likes their street tacos. Friendly staff and quick getting food out. Read more
Unbelievable. Online says there open, I called 3 times no answer and inbox was full. They open and close at random times. No set... schedule. Hire more staff or management needs to step up and cover shifts. Read more
