Highly Recommend! Very good food. Wasn?t hungry so I only got guacamole but it was very good and chips were great. Family got... tacos and taco bowl. Good pricing and very good food for the prices they are. Waitress was amazing, highly recommend her. Hername is Megan and she was so sweet and had great personality. Checked up on us during meal. Environment is adorable and clean, very vintage and fits the name. Read more

Service was great. Food was delicious. I had a fish and a shrimp taco. The fish was my favorite. Decor is fun. The menu on a... record is very creative. Things we struggled with?it was somewhat dark and hard to read the menu. The music was on the loudside. If we hadn?t ordered the chips and salsa, two tacos wouldn?t have been enough for me. The salsa was a little on the blandside. But I would definitely eat here again. Read more

Maybe it?s good, we didn?t have an opportunity to try it. We needed an outdoor table and seating is all first come first served... - which would be fine if the servers were friendly at all. After having a margarita at the bar to keep an eye on the threetables, I asked if one of the tables was wrapping up because it looked like they might have paid. The server?s response ?uh?Idon?t know?I mean, they?re still sitting there.? Oh really? Thanks. We went down the street and find somewhere else to eat. Read more

I really enjoyed their food... a nice twist of vegetarian options. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they didn't... allow my 14 year old niece eat in there. I understand it's a bar, but we couldn't sit at a booth and weren't even allowed to sitat the outdoor seating. I'm from Chicago... if a restaurant serves food children are not allowed to sit at the bar, but at atable or booth. Also how do you call yourselves just a bar and no minors when you close at 10pm?! That's not a bar in my book.Other than that it's a great place! Read more

I liked the chicken burrito Supreme for 11.99. You don't get chips for free here but can order. Al la Carte menu. I like that... you can park right at the door on the street if not busy. I recommend if in downtown Fargo. Great tequila options and pricesif interested in sipping. Read more

While the food was good, the experience was lacking. I sat at the bar by myself (I travel for work) and felt very rushed. I was... served my food, then immediately given my bill. I said I wanted to have a few more drinks. The bartender gave me my seconddrink, then came by every 2 minutes (not exaggerating) to ask if I was done and needed anything else. I would have spentprobably another $20 on trying new cocktails but decided to pay my bill and leave. Didn't feel like they wanted me to stay. Read more

I?m really impressed! Downtown Fargo has a lot of upbeat and charismatic eateries, and Vinyl Taco is certainly one that holds... down the fort and carries the team! Their food, one word: awesome. It?s Tex Mex, but they do it rightttt baby! The menus arelaminated onto records which is so neat, it really sticks with the ?vinyl? theme. I had the mango tacos here and those wereabsolutely my favorite thing! But everything else I?ve tried has been top bar too- the chimichanga is another worthmentioning! Inside, there?s low lighting and loud music, so it could almost be a romantic vibe but just not quite. Decorationsare pretty outlandish but like I said before, it all works into the theme. One warning is that Vinyl is superrrr popular. Theyare a ?seat yourself? establishment, so if you get there at peak meal time and have more than 2 people you will most likely endup waiting or have a lot of trouble finding seats. My friend and I came on a weekend night around 8, and it was so packed wejust decided to leave and go somewhere else. It really does get that busy. Oh, and it?s 21 and up so another thing to keep inmind. For all your hippie/ grunge/ alternative/ indie foodie needs give Vinyl Taco a listen!! Read more
