Disappointing. I love BK when I am in a hurry or need a fast food fix and I'm happy I have one of the few left in my area. ... This particular location seems to have trouble putting everything in the bag. I don't make a big stink when it happens, but whenit happens over and over again I can only shake my head. My example is this: The 3 most recent times going to this BK, 1st timein the drive thru, 2nd and 3rd time Doordash delivery. ALL 3 times missing items in the bag. Checked receipt and it's allthere in black and white, items were simply missed. The 1st time I was on my way to work and just let it go. The second time Iwas working from home, my order was delivered and I was missing a sandwich. I called, got an apology but had to go pick it upmyself. Guy apologized again and threw some freebies in the bag for me, much appreciated. 3rd time, working from home againand once AGAIN missing a sandwich in the bag. It's on the receipt AGAIN so I called. Told the lady that answered the phone andshe didn't reply, had to ask "Are you there?" to get her to say anything, no apology just that she can get the sandwich made forme to pick up. (sorta defeats the purpose of delivery right?) Arrived to pick up the sandwich and she handed me the bag, againnothing to say.... I worked for BK when I was 16 years old, I know it's not always an easy job, but honestly one of the easiestthings to do is read a receipt and put the items in the bag that belong, it really is pretty simple. This I believe is one ofthe predominant reasons fast food workers don't receive a lot of sympathy about wages unfortunately. I've never waited longer at any gay food place then here. Horrible service and the food wasn't the best. total wait time 35 mins... literally made me late. I think they should shut this place down. ???????????????? Read more
I see a store with a manager that appears responsible and has a decent attitude like the workers. I appreciate the Impossible... Burger. I usually go inside to order. I never wait in line here, but I do sometimes wait a bit for the food to be made. Read more
Waited 20 minutes, they didn?t know where my order was, didn?t know when they would have it done. 4 cheeseburgers, 2 large... fries. Left without food. The 5 cars that ordered after all got their food. One of them probably got ours. Have it your wayI guess. Read more
Nastiest experience ever from a restaurant that used to be on top . I placed an order through door dash which charges more than... regular prices . So I should get the best service and experience. I ordered family bundle. My surprise was with the dasherposting this photo on left with no glue or appealing way to serve food and no sticker to glue to glue it as usual. So how do Iknow if the dasher Is clean . Plus the one French fries bag was half way full and a missing cheese burger . Any way I gave it tothe dog because I don't guarantee the cleanliness of the food . Doordash refunded my money . This store is going down hell .Don't waste your time by ordering from them Read more
Where do I start. Let's see. The guy taking the orders at the drive through shouldn't have been. He got the order wrong. When I... got to the window I asked him about the order because he had rang up a BK double stack meal. I ordered a single Rodeo burgermeal. Not sure what this thing was. Definitely no onion rings or petals on it. My girl ordered a whopper Jr meal and I swearthey gave her a kids meal. We both ordered Dr. Pepper for drinks. Both came with no ice. Which is normally a score but the Dr.Pepper was warm. The last couple of times going there hasn't been good at all. If I could have given them zero stars I wouldhave. Also they weren't busy at all. The food is the same as other locations but it's not bad. Obviously it's not healthy but fast food can't be expected to be.... Service usually isn't the best but it's not bad, and the atmosphere is typically nice. Read more
