Went through the drive through. Everything was straight forward. We placed our order, paid and pick up at the window. This Jack... in the Box has been here 20 years or more many employees has come and go. It gets busy at night. Your experience depends on whois in the drive through and who is cooking? Absolutely awful. My taco broke in half when I took it out of the bag. When the shell split, this is what was inside. NO TACO... MEAT!!! Also... I had to wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot after ordering at the drive-thru. What happened to fast food??This is slow food! Read more
I have been getting tacos with pickles since the 70?s. About 2 months ago they charged me 60 cents. Next time they refused to... put pickles on them. I emailed district manager and she said she would talk to them and she would send me coupons. I did notreceive coupons. About 2 weeks later the same thing. Worker said they don?t come with pickles so they can?t put pickles onthem. Last week worker tried to charge me for pickles again. I told worker since I get them plain and without cheese I shouldget pickles free. She said there wasn?t a way to put pickles on register. I told her she could just tell the cook keeping inmind it?s 5:30am and I?m the only customer. After all, it?s not rocket science. But no pickles, so I emailed district manageragain. I told her I didn?t get my coupons and they tried to charge me again for pickles. She said there?s no charge for picklesand she would mail coupon again. And imagine that........ ONCE AGAIN NO COUPONS. It?s a shame the district manager doesn?t dowhat she says she will do. She probably didn?t even talk to the employees. I?d rate them a 0 but that?s not an option. Read more
Just like any other fast food restaurant, expect a consistent product and service under 5 minutes. The restaurant is newly... renovated and is in a clean status. Don't expect anything extraordinary with the food but it was interesting to see that they dohave options with lower calories. I had the chicken fajita pita and it was just the right size for me.
