Last time I called they were closed but the phone syst actually kept me on hold for a long time before I hung up and called... another Pizza place. Saw a sign saying they were closed due to short staff. Have had them take 2 hours to bring my food thenleft a.salad and they took another hour to bring that back. Grew up with Mr.Jim?s Pizza and finally stopped at the one here. Wonderful. 3 times now the food has been perfectly cooked and... delicious. What more can you ask for? Staff is friendly and the inside sitting area is clean. Read more
We literally live 6 mins away yet somehow our pizza was not even warm anymore when it was delivered.
I have been ordering here for MANY (10+?) years, and have always had my order delivered. I was denied the service today and when... I questioned it I got a snotty answer. When I asked to speak to the manager she quickly gave me the snotty "have a nice dayma'am" brush off. We pay more to support our local businesses, remember that. Things tough? That's okay BUT make sure youremployees know how to explain such without being so rude and obnoxiously repeating the same "Zone 1" line as if the customerknows wth that means. Lol. This location has dropped in service drastically. Order showed up 20 minutes later than they told me, missing all the extra... sauces we requested, our kids cheese pizza was over cooked and so greasy it soaked through the box. Management on duty made someexcuse about his old driver hurt his back and sometimes the cheese pizza just burns. Never ordering there again. Read more
Mr Jim?s in farmersville is at lest ten times better than any dominoes worldwide. The smell is the first thing I noticed when... opening the pizza box. You could actually smell all the toppings somewhat individually yet melodically blended together. Forreal though, the toppings are real, and seem to not taste like preservative plastics like dominions, pizza hit, and papa johnsdoes. Once I took a bite into the pizza I was surprised by the bread. Perfectly crisped and was just so much more real than anyof the mainstream pizza delivery places. The girls that answered the phone to take the delivery were nice and attentive. The guythat delivered was polite and punctual. I would recommend this pizza delivery restaurant to anyone. I recommend the stickyfingers supreme pizza. With the bread buds. All for like 20 bucks.just make sure they remember the marinara sauce. Overall thismr Jim?s in farmersville is much better option than your main stream pizza delivery options. Read more
