Very disappointed in this location. Visited today and the door was locked after I made a mobile walk-in order. There was no... visible sign saying the lobby was closed. I called the location and was told that I needed to go through the drive-thru line. Hesaid only 2 people were working that day. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru line where I observed 5 people workingin the building through the window, some of them joking around inside. They hadn't even started the order, so I waited another 5minutes at the window. This is one of many instances where I've been let down by the location that included Iced-T's that werewatered down, coffee order wrong, etc. This location is owned by the same owners of the Gardiner location which has betterservice for some reason. I do try to be understanding as I know places are short staffed and these are difficult jobs in dealingwith the public. I also try leave good feedback on the survey's whenever possible when good service is provided as I know placesget little recognition. I will not be visit this location ever again due to the poor customer service. Read more
Its just a small dunkin as they usually always are, but me and my buddies all hang out and get drinks all the time. Let me tell... you, its always good. After all, it IS dunkin. Read more
I LOVE this dunkin, I pretty much go here every morning before work, the coffee is good and the service is wonderful...except... for a while now there will be this car sitting parallel to the drive through window, they're usually smoking, or blastingmusic...the other morning I was ordering at 6am, and they were standing infront of the drive threw window smoking, not apleasant thing to be driving through at 6am, ciggarette smoke ????...another time they were blasting music and cleaning theircar out.. then this morning I went through at 6:15 and there they were again, smoking away and blasting music..not sure if theywork there or not, but its very unprofessional...other than that this dunkin has a wonderful and friendly staff!! Very disappointed..paid 11.06 for 2 coffees..one small..one medium..and got 2 bagel bites.. apparently I was charged for 3... coffees..as whoever took my order did not repeat it back!! Dining room was closed..when asked "we are too busy with the newowners taking over"!..won't go back Read more
Most of the staff is super friendly. I saw one that was not so friendly, and raised her voice at another worker earlier this... year. But I don't think I ever saw her after that. I went today, and the person at the window complimented me. Made my day ????also the coffee was made perfect ????. I go out of my way to go to this specific location, I love it! Read more

Placed walk in mobile order. Doors where locked. Called store to cancel order and get refund and was told I needed to get... into drive thru line to get refund. Drive thru line was 20 cars deep and spilling out onto Main Ave. Never got refund. Read more
