Started off with your a peach drink and I had the Short rib bowl for my meal but it was a bit salty every bit was just as salty... as the 1st not edible for me. They replaced it with a Cuban style grilled cheese and it was absolutely delicious a lot betterthan the short rib bowl and not as salty The fries were less salty than the short rib. We’ve been here. Had a fantastic time with friends and decided to come back while our friends visit from Florida. Second... experience was just as good as the first. Amazing staff and chef / owner. I'm torn between 3.5-4 star. Service is excellent, flavor and texture of food is great but it was just too salty. The slow... cooked short ribs was cooked perfectly, but again what ruined it was level of salt. Maybe it's just my taste though. Read more

I have been wanting to try this place since I saw it opened in a Newsday article. The restaurant has a great mix of options... including vegan options and CBD infused drinks. My friend and I got to meet with and speak to the chef and he was an absolutesweetheart and told us why he includes vegan options on his menu which was very nice. We ended up trying the no bake cheesecakefor dessert, and my friend who is not a big dessert person, could not stop going back in for more. We were both obsessed withhow light and fluffy it was;truly like nothing else I have eaten before. We will definitely be coming back as we saw they havegame nights and bingo nights and that plus good food sounds like a blast! Read more

I had this place hyped up to me for a long time before I finally pulled the trigger, and boy am I glad I did. A wide variety of... not just cocktails but beers that you can get both on tap or by the can, I opted for the Founders cinnamon vanilla stout, whichI highly recommend. I went with the BBQ brisket grilled cheese, and I was not disappointed, perfectly delicious, albeit a littlemessy, and the fries were the thick cut variety done to perfection. Honestly though, just from having a look around I think youcould toss a dart blindfolded and wind up with something delicious. They have weekly specials every week that also soundeddelicious, so keep your eyes peeled for those too. Ended it off with the no bake cheesecake for dessert, which was just enoughto top off the night. Wait staff was great, Janice was our server and she was an absolute delight. Attentive and a greatpersonality to boot. Had a reservation and didn't have to wait at all. Parking can be a little crazy in the area on a busyFriday night, but it isn't too troublesome as long as you're patient or willing to walk just a little. Today for lunch my friends and I from work decided to check out 317 Main Street . It's a huge place located in the heart of... Farmingdale town. From the moment we walked in I was genuinely impressed with the restaurant. We arrived at 11:45 and werepromptly met at the door by the hostess who explained they don't serve until 12:00. She would be more than happy to put us at atable but just wanted to give us a heads up. My friend Frank had been there a few times and said while we wait we might as wellgo check out the marketplace. Behind the restaurant behind an area they call 317 stage there is a room maybe 40 by 20 filledwith the most beautiful desserts I have seen in such a long time. I took a few pictures and each dessert looked better than thenext. The four of us went back to the table and sat down for lunch. We started off ordering an appetizer of buffalo dip. Itcame with fresh fried potato chips and a a pot of buffalo dip. The chips were great. One of the guys that I was with orderedfive onion french onion soup. It is served in the hollowed out large onion which was a cool touch. Each of us ordered burgers. 2 of them ordered the monster burger. It's HUGE. itt was 2 large patties and and chorizo. It was one of the largest burgersI've ever seen. My friend's Burger came out with bacon on it which it wasn't supposed to have and when he asked the server forthe chorizo that was missing she ran off and got it immediately. There must have been some confusion on the ticket and thoughthe wanted bacon instead of chorizo My friend and I ordered the burger special of the week. It was a single burger with arugulablue cheese and get this blueberry jam. The combination does not sound good I know but the waitress we had said to trust her itwas really good. Well I did trust her and it wasn't good it was amazing. A lot of people do not like to mix sweet and savorytogether but I am not one of those people. Honestly, there’s not too many restaurants to eat at that the food, establishment & staff are this great. Always a good meal... and the staff there are both nice and fun. I’ve been regularly going here for a few years now. Chef Eric greets everyone tosay hello and check on your dining experience all the time. He’s super focused on everyone’s positive experience. And shouldyou have an issue? They are eager to make it right. Brunch is awesome too. Great spot for families, couples and your friends.The edition of the Market Place in the back has been great too!
