Worst service ever. Came in ask for whoppers made the mistake of asking if it was on the 2 for 7 dollar menu, i got home food... was missing so i went back and explained this discrepancy with my order. She said she did not make the whoppers because shethought I said I didn't want them yet that never came out of my mouth. Now my food is home cold while I am trying to get them tofix my wife's order. Long behold the manager tells me she does not know the number to corporate and then when I gave my accountinformation for the BK app she says she can't find it in the system mind you I just used it 15 minutes in the past. When Imention she should at least try to rectify the problem she said come and talk to other management in the morning or afternoon toget number to corporate. A disgrace to the way service has come. I have the app and I mainly go a few times a month for the great Impossible Whopper deals.
The staff is so rude. I say hi to them they just look at me and keep walking. I was standing at the register, said hello to her... and they just stare at you making it super awkward. Like most places people greet the customers You know at least acknowledgethe guests that are making you money. I was sitting alone and they all just stare at me until the moment I left. Are we back inhigh-school? It's just rude and weird. Why would anyone want to go back to a place where u get treated this way? I would saythe staff needs to be reminded of how ur supposed to treat customers. Otherwise it's burger King. Read more
Went there on Saturday 11/13 All I asked for was two different flavored sauces with the order of chicken nuggets. So I got no... sauce with the chicken nuggets, no receipt so that I could complain about the poor service and chicken nuggets that were icecold. I don't understand why they are in such a rush to give you your food when they're going to serve it to you ice cold andnot give you what you ordered. What's the point of that? Someone needs to teach these people how to slow down and pay attentionto the customer instead of trying to serve things so fast that they do things wrong all the time. Next time I will definitely goinside, get the person's name, and find out if there's a local district manager that can resolve this. Read more
second time I come here and my whoppers are cold even the patty is cold, both whoppers and fries straight to the trash whoever... manages this place tell you're employees to stop saving old food. The cheese is not even melted!! They should put trash burgerin the menu instead! Read more
