The flying sauces my wife and I bought tasted old. This is not the Carvel I was used to years ago.
Horrible store! On the internet it says they open at 11am then you go to the actual store and a sign says they open at... 12....waited and no-one still came. They really need to update this store and the hours so people don't get confused! Read more

Tonight I went to carvel to get a sundaes for people. An employee named kate saw I had a list and took the initiative to ask if... she wanted me to give her the list. I did and she fulfilled my order successfully. I have not had such good service like that ina long time. Pick this carvel over all others. Read more
After doing some banking, I walked a few doors down to get a small carvel soft serve sundae. ($3.90) It was good but not great-... because the temperature of the ?ice cream? seemed like it was not as cold as it should?ve been. The swirl should have been stiffbut it was more like a relaxed blob. The chocolate sprinkles were nice and soft (fresh) and it was all very delicious. The ownerwas very sweet too! It?s a little place that will hopefully stick around for our needs, but sadly you can get their frozencakes in BJs or almost any market nowadays. (And soft serve from the ice cream man) Read more
We bought a 36$ cake from this carvel, it was almost all chocolate and had no decorated frosting like they usually have. It... only had one small top of blue. It was as if someone forgot to finish making the cake and put it in the freezer to sell. Verydisappointing. Will never buy another cake from here again. Read more
Very small, very expensive $3.50 for one brown bonnet and it was tiny compared to other Carvels in the area.....staff was... inattentive and unpleasant.....will not be going there again. Read more
