Location is a hit or miss. Staff always was friendly for me. Food quality was sometimes off unless I ordered very early close to... when they open. Yesterday around 2:30 the sour cream looked off. I asked the lady are you sure this ok. She said yes it's justfrozen and it needed to be mixed. Well 11 hrs later my stomach hurts so bad and i'm 7 months pregnant. I should have trusted myintuition. The rice was also not fully cooked. I couldn't get the store direct so I will have to call customer service. Read more
the customer service here is horrible! the guy was so rude, he rolled his eyes, he kept ignoring me and everytime he would turn... around to talk to his coworker. also i was here early around 5pm and he told me there was no chicken. the food was nasty too.there was chicken in the queso, the rice was watery. it was a terrible experience. i wish i could give this place zero stars. Don?t bother DoorDashing from this location. They never get it right. Cheap out on the toppings every time I order. And I cant... tell you how many times they don?t include the drink. Plenty of other locations always put the bottle in the bag. Nope, not thisone. Read more
This place USED to be run so well. I don?t understand what has happened over the years but the portion sizing is ridiculous,... flavors don?t taste similar to other locations, and employee moral is low and even when they?re not busy, it takes longer thenusual to get out of there because of the slowness of the employees. Really sucks because I used to love this location. Y?allneed to do something to increase employee moral, flavors and the overall experience here because it is not it. Read more
This has got to be the worst Chipotle I have been to. I got steak and the portion was way off from the usual Chipotle... experience. I literally could count 6 pieces of steak. I ask if that's it she asked if I wanted double meat???? the firstwasn't even a regular serving. Going to Moe's or qdoba if I ever crave this. Read more
Don?t order a quesadilla from this place. Employee did not know how to make it. They didn?t even have the quesadilla containers... for the sides so they gave me the sides in little cups. Which the sauce from the black beans got all over the place. Dining roomwas filthy. Staff was slow. Avoid this Chipotle at ALL COSTS. Read more

My recent visit was very unpleasant and disappointing. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the store, they said that... it was not ready. I literally had to ask them without them letting me know what went on with the order. I stood there for over15 minutes without the workers trying to act with a sense of urgency in getting my order made. No apology or concern wasextended as a result of this inconvenience.
