Originally came in to have a quick bite on our way home, not really welcomed in or invited to sit down and eat. Changed my mind... to get take out. Service is horrible no attention or care from the staff, even though they close in one hour. Read more
I decided to bring my father here for nice Father?s Day dinner, this wasn?t our first time here but this was the first... absolutely disgusting experience at this restaurant. As we were waiting for our food , we noticed our server behind the hotplate food serving our sides with our main entrees licking her fingers and then touching our plates as the sauce from the beanswere dripping on her hand. She did this multiple times without washing her hands. She then started wiping her nose with herhands as well. I would really give this restaurant zero stars if it were up to me. Read more
Really good food Small menu but very tasty food.
I love the mofongo. Just needed to say that before i start. This restaurant is cozy. There are two ways to enter both entrances... have wheelchair access. Parking on the main was restricted but lots of parking in the rear of the plaza. Methods of payment isboth cash and credit cards and also debit. The chicken alfredo mofongo was delicious. It is made with green plaintains. Thewaiting attendant was pleasant and courteous. There are also two restrooms well-maintained. The music was nice, it was the sweetsounds of Bachata emitted from the speaker. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some delicioussoulful and cultural dishes. Read more
Large plate small portions. I had order the steak it was a sad thin piece. Rice was good. Mojito was good. Chicken soup salty... for me. The pork was dry and they barely served it. I expected to go and get a good serving on my plate especially for theprice. They trying to up thier play but unfortunately by serving on a large rectangle plate and very little food on it.Comparing it to Colombian food serving I would rather go to Colombian restaurant where the portions are healthy. We had a great time at DR 4! I had the strawberry shake and cheese and chicken empanadas, baked chicken, black beans and yellow... rice and a side of sweet plantains! Everything was so good! The chicken was moist and tender. My friend had oxtails and theywere delicious! The oxtails are cooked to perfection! Big oxtail pieces, the meat fell off the bone and even the bone weresucculent! They reminded me of the way my mom used to make oxtails! We had plenty of food to take with us because it was familysize portion. The staff was wonderful and so polite! They need a new cook food was horrible I had them make me two different dishes both horrible rice was not the right consistency... even there passion fruit juice was horrible. I?m Dominican just to throw that out there and they need to do better. Read more
