Ive been ordering from here for years it?s definitely going down hill . Now I always order big orders $100 minimum 2 times ago... they made a wrong pizza for us not the end of the world as we ate it , the last time we ordered they forgot an item that wasover $20 . I understand things happen but our time was limited and we couldn?t wait to have the item delivered 45 minutes laterso they credited my account . Tonight we ordered and i had them repeat my order which they read back perfectly. When I picked upi asked are you sure everything was in there they said yes . Sure enough i get home and it?s missing an item . I call tell me inever ordered it ? And if i want it I need to pay , well that doesnt sit well with me . I then say ?you know what use my creditand give me back the remaining balance as I don?t think i will be using you anymore.? They tell me I cant have the differenceback in cash only credit. So they took my cash to pay for an item I didnt receive and refused to give me my money back for thatitem , imagine that. I was a good customer never spent less then $100 at a time here because im Usually ordering for multiplefamilies at a time and this is how I get treated. I was visiting in town and my friend ordered a pizza for delivery an hour and a half before closing and we never received our... pizza. I'm incredibly surprised by the lack of professionalism. No call was made to inform us of no delivery, nothing. It's ashame too, for the fact that my friend raved about how delicious the pizza is and how excited they were to have me try it. Paid a total of $57 & change for pie, tax delivery & tip for a scilian pie with 3 toppings (only saw two - barely)?terrible... quality, no flavor - DEFINITELY not worth the calories or the money! I understand prices have gone up everywhere & passed ontothe customer, but if you expect the customer to pay the high prices, please give the customer what they are paying for?itdoesn?t cost $4.50 for ONE sliced sausage - and $4.50 for fresh garlic (which wasn?t even on the pie) - SERIOUSLY??? PLEASE dont judge this place by the fake 4-5 negative reviews left in a row by a customer and his friends, who also tried to... bash this place on a Farmingdale Facebook group because his antipasta or something he ordered was messed up. After his negativereview, he had his friends with zero more important things to do in their lives leave fake reviews. They have nothing better todo than trying to hurt a successful business. Fine you are not happy..go leave your review and move in. Dont get your friends tothen follow with more fake reviews. I have lived in Farmingdale for 6 years and have always been treated respectfully here andhave become friendly with workers as well (Juan is the best!). The food has always been on point and delicious. As many of myfriends and neighbors say, you cant go wrong with Piazzetta. Some people complain about price I see here but it is not muchdifferent than any other pizza place around or any other take out for that matter. Everything in this world is more expensivenow. You also get what you pay for, but hey you can't please everyone. Anyway, great pizza...grandma, sicilian, and regular areall favorites of mine. Not only was this pie a complete mess , its not even what i ordered. Also instead of the chicken fingers i ordered for my kids ,... i got a plate of cold french fries. First and last time I order from here. Read more
If I could give zero stars i would, I ordered 2 cold slices and a pint of soup. Waited 25 minutes, way too long if you ask me.... My coworker found a bug in her soup so eat at your own risk. Read more
You will not believe this is a pizzeria! The food is as good or better than some of the Italian restaurants I have eaten at...... It's a hidden gem! Service is amazing as well... Definitely make this a stop if you are a local or just passing through - youwon't regret it ... 5+stars for me Read more
