Really nice staff! Working hard and moving fast!!

Ordered 2 lattes in store and waited for a while as the staff was concentrating on the drive through and mobile orders. Spoke to... the manager who said I was coming at him and been disrespectful when I ask for a credit because this Starbucks could not caterto people walking in . Good customer w would have been to apologize and make the order. He was rude and argumentative and shouldnot be. Supervisor if he can?t deal with the public but engages in verbal dispute. Read more

I hate to give them a bad rating because the workers are so nice. It?s just that you have to be prepared to wait 30 minutes even... in the drive thru. It wasn?t like this before but it seems they have been understaffed lately. I can?t think of another reasonwhy it would take over 30 minutes for coffee. Don?t bother stopping here before work unless you want to be late. Read more

I ordered ahead and got my food fresh. Excellent service!

I used the drive-thru. There was a longgggggggggg wait until cars were leaving (1-2) and the line wasn't even long (4 cars... remained), so I'm not sure if there were a lot of online orders, but someone should have been handling these separately. I wasa bit annoyed (but did not express it) and no one apologized for the wait. To top it off, my drink tasted terribly. I wasquite disappointed with the visit. Read more

I ordered an iced decaf caramel macchiato today. It was so good that I had to write this review. I have been to many other... Starbucks including the Roastery in NYC. The one in Farmingdale (drive-thru) is up there with the best! Read more
