Food was absolutely delicious. I was introduced to Vietnamese food through hello fresh and knew I had to find a real authentic... place to try it again. The restaurant is quiet and just big enough to enjoy yourself without feeling rushed. I liked the ideaof ordering through your phone so they can get all the food out as soon as possible. I suggest the Banh mi steak, It was sogood I almost ordered a second one. Will definitely be returning with friends and family. Read more

Been here many times, but this time first time in a while. Food still very good. Clean. But they've cut down heavily on the... amount of protein on their bahn mi - kind of cheap and insulting given the price. Too bad. Not sure Ill be back because ofthat. Read more

I went around 3pm on a Sunday and had no trouble getting a seat. I got an xl beef and left feeling full, but I think that was... mainly cause of the spring rolls I split. Didn't feel there was a ton of meat in the pho especially for almost 17$. I've beenhere a few times and I do enjoy the food, but kind of feel like the portions are kind of small. Read more

Clean, nice, small Vietnamese place. When seated you are encouraged to scan the bar code for the menu and order through there. I... was feeling a little under the weather, and you know what they say, pho helps with that. So I ended up going with thetraditional Pho Bo. Comes with sliced beef, beef brisket & meatballs (opted out the meatballs). Red onions & scallions on top.Bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños & wedge of lime on the side. The broth does have a very strong beefy flavor so if that's notyour thing then maybe consider trying something else. I personally enjoyed my meal, especially with the siracha on the side. Allthe ingredients complimented each other & came together to create wonderful flavors. You get spicy & fresh at the same time. NowI did also get to try the Tan Binh chicken wings. Even though they were glazed with a hot chili sauce they remained crispy. Theywere one of the best non-american traditional wings I've had. You do pay on your phone as well. It seems like more contactlessservice is implemented in this spot. Which personally I like interaction but hey to each there own. Understandable. Read more

FYI, I?m vegetarian and ordered for delivery, so your experience might vary. Ordered the following: 1. Vegetarian Pho 2. Tofu... Banh Mi Food: Uhhh, I?m really disappointed. Maybe the experience might?ve been different dining in, but I just was not a fanof the food. Vegetarian Pho: soup was good, but the vegetables like the carrots, zucchini, and cauliflower were cut big andundercooked? They ended up being kinda raw and hard when I was eating it. The pho noodles were hard and when I poured the soupin (I even microwaved it so it?s hot much hotter), the noodles were still stuck together. I wonder if there is a better way toprep the noodles for delivery. Tofu Banh Mi: ehhh, not a fan. Quite typical, came with a little bit of tofu and the usual banhni veggies. I?d say it was a big okay. Lackluster experience via delivery. I?d give this place a visit in person next time tosee if it?s any different, but food this time was not good via delivery. Read more

3.5 stars. We visited on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and the place was packed. The restaurant is on the smallish side and the... décor is pretty basic. Here's what we ordered: The classic banh mi which comes with grilled pork belly, cha (Vietnamese coldcut) and the house special pate along with cucumbers, carrots and pickled daikon on a French baguette. The bread was reallygood, crusty and crunchy and held all of the items without falling apart. As far as taste, I thought the banh mi was decent. Not the best I've had but good. We got an order of spring rolls which were yummy. I liked that they perfectly cut the lettuceso that it was easier to wrap the spring rolls in. The vinaigrette that you were supposed to dip the rolls in were kind ofbland which was disappointing. We got a big bowl of Pho Bo. It came with sliced beef, beef brisket and meatballs. The brothwas very light. I was expecting it to be beefier in taste, but it wasn?t bad. We also ordered Angus beef short ribs andlemongrass chicken. The Angus beef short ribs were the best dish from our lunch. The meat was tender, thinly sliced andgrilled perfectly. It had a nice grilled aroma. The lemongrass chicken was nothing special. Chicken was tender but lacking inflavor. Both the chicken and short ribs came with a small bowl of white rice. And I must say, I was slightly disappointed bythe white rice served here. White rice should be fluffy and slightly moist with a little bit of a sticky texture. The rice wegot was a little dry and bland. For drinks, we ordered the café du monde which was served pipping hot with condensed milk. Itwas very strong and sweet, exactly how I like my coffee. No complaints there. Based on the reviews and high ratings, I reallywas expecting more from this restaurant. I thought the food overall was decent, but I?ve had better. Read more

The OG location. Their second is in Syosset, has a larger menu and bigger dining room, as well as a bar. I've been here several... times, both locations and I love it. The prices are fair for Long Island since it's very hard to find Vietnamese food and andsometimes Flushing/Chinatown is just too far of a drive. It's still cheap though compared to other dinner spots and the food isgreat. Hits the spot if you're craving Vietnamese and don't want to drive out to Queens or the city. Their spring rolls are thebest! Even the vegetarian ones are good. I always take a banh mi to go to have for a late night snack or lunch the next day. Theowner is also super nice -he remembers you too, which is a nice touch for a restaurant- and the staff is great. Small restaurantbut they do an excellent job. Read more
