DQ has great ice cream and generally gets you through the drive thru pretty quickly. I do wish the dipped cone wasn't as melty... as it was, but I was ice cream dipped in warm chocolate so that may just be me. Read more

The service was excellent at 2 different locations. The person wrote on a birthday cake for me at no extra charge. It was... perfect and done in a timely manner. Unfortunately the MLK location has permanently closed. I went to the Farmingtonstore instead and that's where she wrote on the cake. I appreciated that very much. Read more
Second and last time I'll be eating there. Will say the guy working the drive thru was very very nice, BUT the food wasn't! The... hamburger patties were hard and old along with the hard buns. I thought they got them from the middle school seeing that schoolis out due to the weather. The chicken strips had more fat and breading than anything else and they were cold after waiting abit longer for them "Sir please pull forward to the sign were making fresh straps for you." That was a lie. They made the icecream before I pulled up to pay so needless to say they were shakes by the time I got home. Never again! Read more
I'm actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I'm happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had... been open since 8 am. I don't know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared towomen, but I'll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all thetime. I'm greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn't anydifferent. I'm not sure on the ownership but kudos to your & hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered thismorning They are an A-1 top notch crew!! Read more
I forgot my card at the drive thru one evening after 7 p.m. I didn't know until the next morning. I called several time's never... got an answer. I drove over at opening only to find out they destroy all card's at closing time. This is during the huge shutdown and was almost impossible to get a replacement card. The cake pictured below is the birthday cake I couldn't get here inFayetteville because this store doesn't carry cakes and the one on crossover doesn't have anyone who can write a message on acake or so I'm told. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the $6 1/3 lb double cheeseburger meals and 1 $6 chicken strip meal. The meals come... with a drink and a sundae. I was really surprised that we were given the sundaes first and then waited several minutes for therest of our order. It was 90° outside and even with the air on full blast they started melting. My daughter had to remind thecashier to give her debit card back. We get home and discover our doubles were singles. The order of fries was skimpy.But...everything tasted good. The sundaes firmed back up after a little time in the freezer. I was only going to give 1 star butwhen I called I spoke with Stacy who apologized and made it right. So 3 stars.
