I am giving this 5 stars bc despite the crowd from the Halloween community party next door...we had a great experience. ... Particularly need to compliment Justin who had one of the best attitudes I've seen with customers, other workers and encouraginghis manager too...was jumping in to train and help others while working the floor himself. An asset to the local Wendy's.. He,with Dakota, gave the best customer experience I've had in awhile. Great work young men! Keep it up. Read more

I came to the drive-thru at 9:05 p.m. on 9-30-22. The drive thru lights were off and they were turning customers away. I pulled... to the speaker box and was told they were closed. They only waited on the cars that had already ordered. This location closes at10pm. Read more
The food was fine but they are super light on all of their condiments and sauces. Even when I order extra sauce I have to bring... it back because the burger has so little sauce on it. Read more
When we came last week they really screwed our order up. I called to let them know and Jeremy was kind enough to let us get new... burgers on our next visit, which was today. The burgers were done right this time and made up for last time. Love their half nhalf frosties! ? Everyone was very friendly and helpful on my visit today. My biggest complaint is that the food is never warmwhen we get it. The burger always tastes like it's been sitting around for awhile and not even warm. The fries could stand to bemore fresh as well. I usually like this place, the last time I went I was coming off a little irritated trying to make sure my wife's order was... correct considering her food allergies. I ordered a cheesy baked potato and I made sure to ask for sour cream and butter on theside. When I got home she looked at her food, it was one of the smallest potatoes they could have given her and they didn'tevengive her sour cream or butter... She took it back, they told her judging by the size, somebody intentionally gave a her thesmall potato! Either way, I realize this is trivial, but, it's the principal of it all. They made it right by giving a muchbigger potato with the fixings we asked for to begin with on the side. The service at this Wendy's has steadily declined since it opened. Last week I pulled in with one car in front of me. After... five minutes I noticed she still had not had her order taken and there were cars lining up behind me. Thinking there might be aproblem with their communication system I called in to the store. Woman who answered was very rude. Said "Well did you see thesign on the door? We can only take cash at the drive through". I didn't even get a chance to say anything else to her, becauseshe went on saying "there's only two of us working today so we're busy". Her last response is what did it for me..."If you'dlike to go to another establishment you're welcome to do that". I love the food from Wendy's! But I will never go to thisWendy's ever again!
