Today we had a ladies group of 28 for lunch. That is a large group but Brio did an excellent Job. John arranged it and the three... servers were so friendly and had our food in good time. We asked for individual checks and they graciously obliged! Keep upgreat service Read more

This is the best place I’ve eaten at in a long time. It’s not often you stumble across an immediate forever favorite. Our... server Johnny was beyond great and the exact treatment you hope for. This place has a warm feeling and the interior is verybeautiful. The food was to DIE for. My only regret was not ordering more food. I was torn between a few options and I must sayeverything we ordered was great. I will happily be going back soon. I live an hour away and decided to last minute take a tripto the mall. I did not plan on going here but as soon as I saw it from the exterior I had a good feeling. My immediate reactionafter taking my first bite was I would be happy if I drive straight home after this. I hope to return and hope that I amfortunate enough to sit at one of Johnnys tables again. Johnny took it from 4 to 5 stars. Great service. Great food. Greatplace. Read more

This is a horribly run restaurant. I have worked in restaurants for many many years. I blame it on management. I dont care your... staff doesn't have experience. A good management team trains and teaches and then continues teaching. Always moving forward andcommunicating. A management team with experience and leadership ability makes a world of difference. This restaurant is aperfect example of a poorly run restaurant. I question corporates experience in the industry to not see it. It's kind of obvious Read more

Haven’t been to Brio since they closed their location in Danbury. Our visit to the Westfarms location yesterday was enjoyable.... Their waitstaff was friendly & helpful, we also liked our tasty, perfectly cooked Mushroom ravioli & the Brio pasta. The onlycomplaint perhaps was a lack of lunch menu with a less costly smaller portion choices which would give us reason to eat theremore often in the future when we just want to grab a quick lunch in between our shopping at the mall. The ambiance was really good. Food was appetizing. However, there were not many options for vegetarians.Had a spaghetti pomodoro... which was delicious. Tiramisu is a must try dessert in this restaurant. Seemed a bit pricey for two people but definitely wortha try. Read more

The service was good and the food was tasty. The best dish was the lamb chops appetizer. The worst was all the chips that the... grilled salmon salad had. I would definitely give the a 2nd chance. Read more
