Visited Butchers & Bakers for the first time for dine-in a couple of years ago, but today I got to order pickup with... DoorDash. My order was made within 30mins and it was waiting at check in when I arrived. I enjoyed the pizza ingredients andthe mignon was very tender, but I wish it came with some kind of sauce like wine and butter. The prices for the pizzas are veryreasonable and could be shared so they're not too small. I think next time I decide to get food from BB, I'll dine in since thedecor is so nice. Read more

Our Server Paulina was Amazing and so was the Food! Paulina was our server and let me say the moment she came out to our table... it was all smiles. She was very resourceful and let us know alternative if we were vegan or gluten free. Then we ordered theButchers Burger was not only juicy, but it also had in house made bun bread. The burger was not only juicy but flavored well anddelicious. I had an amazing experience for our first time and I would recommend not only the restaurant but Paulina as well. Read more

Friday night 9pm - meatballs were soft flavorful, however the sauce lacked in flavor. The Pork Milanese was decent, too much... arugula salad on top covering the huge breaded porkchop. The Chicken dish lacked seasoning & may have tasted. Service wasfriendly and attentive. Best part were the expresso martinis. The ambience is great, but the food could of had more flavor. Willdefinitely give this restaurant another try! Read more

Tried this restaurant as it was recommended. The restaurant was about 70% full. We had a reservation even though it was a... Wednesday night. Comfortable seating. First thing we noticed was the noise level… it is loud inside. You really need to speakup to have a conversation. Main drawback. It’s a nice menu. Choices for everyone from burgers to seafood to veggie options.Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable, for the most part. Portions aren’t too excessive so you haveroom for dessert, even with an appetizer. The patio looked nice, but we didn’t consider it in 90 degree weather. Read more

An awesome place to stop and grab lunch or dinner. The outside seating is so comforting and the staff are incredibly kind. This... is truly a hidden gem, I can't believe I didn't know about this place! I wish I had our waitresses name, because she was so kindand attentive. This is a reminder to try new places, because this has become one of my faves now! Read more

Agree with some of the others here that the location (inside and out) is beautiful. Lots of great seating options and style... packed into an eclectic space, but the food is hit or miss. Waitstaff was great too. But the majority of the food we tried I'dsum up as "standard mediocre" restaurant fair. Akin to what I'd expect out of a descent dinner but with more focus onplating. Interestingly some dishes were fantastic, well seasoned, and unique. For example, the appetizers were great: the"garlic bread" was an interesting focaccia style bread laden with a blue cheese cream and some kind of herb oil; it was bright, savory and well put together. The fried calamari was on point too, great breading that held up, and properly cooked tendersquid. But then you get into the mains...overcooked under seasoned salmon on a bed of dried out carrots (Maybe trying to usethat coal-fire? but sometimes dry high heat isn't the right move). The butchers board was the biggest let-down, it was abeautiful display of meat cuts and fried chicken when we went. Sadly all were terribly under-seasoned and the chicken wasovercooked and dry (even though I think it was thigh meat). The brisket was shockingly bland despite being cooked nicely. Itwas tender with just enough of the fat rendered out, but utterly tasteless due to lack of salt, seasoning, dryrub...ANYTHING(?). The lack of attention to seasoning made an almost amazing dish suck. Ended up taking it home and dressing itup myself. The fried "Nashville style" chicken was also very nice looking...but disgraces the namesake. It was neither hot, norjuicy. It was overcooked and again...under-seasoned, but the level of crisp on the breading was solid. Saving grace on thebutchers board was the incredible pickled cucumbers and slaw. The watermelon had a bit of kick from jalapeños used in the brineand that was dope. I think most of the issues with the food are relatively quick fixes though, so there's definitely hope forthis place. B Read more

Butchers and Bakers looks beautiful from the inside and out. The patio area is very nice for brunch during the warmer months.... The fire pit and bar area are gorgeous. The food and service on the other hand is a letdown. During my last visit, the serverwas very snarky and wasn’t very helpful at all. For example, we asked what was the deal with bottomless mimosas, her response“well they’re bottomless”. So of course that was a red flag. The food didn’t match the aesthetic of the restaurant. Itseemed like we were eating diner food, no garnishes or color in any dish. For a 70$ brunch for two, I expected a lot more. Eventhe Sticky Cinnamon bun looked delicious but lacked tons of flavors throughout. Maybe I ll try them out for dinner but afterthat experience it just seems unlikely. Read more

Brunch is amazing and we finally decided to try dinner. This definitely did not disappoint; we had the burnt end poutine which... is topped with pulled pork and the chicken frigo is delicious. Oh and the pizza!! Didn't even get a chance to snap a photo butsafe to say this is a new date night spot for us for sure! Read more
