1st the service was very slow the soup I received was cold the server never returned to see how things were the wrong pizza came... out had to wait again for the right pizza and again no one ever came out until the end when they left the check. Will not bereturning to this restaurant. To top it off the pizza seemed like it could have stayed in the oven a little longer it wasunder cooked. Love their pizzas, all are delicious & the Strawberry Lime Margaritas are just yummy!!! Difficult to have just one.
Food was good. Service was great. Would give this place 5 stars had my girlfriend and I not seen a RAT run into the kitchen.... Either the people working did not see it (unlikely since it was giant) or they are used to that. Either way, I won't be eatinghere again. Beware. Read more
First time here in years. Staff was very friendly. Came gere for lunch around 1130am. Before the crowd. Food arrived quick.... Ordered an avocado roll, bunch of lunch specials and pizza. Food was good. Step above other fast food pizza chains. Nothingoutstanding or worth frequenting. Read more
I didn’t really have high expectations for this, but I enjoyed the pizza. The tomato basil pasta was very bland though. I... didn’t hate it but if there was more flavor I would have enjoyed it more. I had a good time there though. I highly recommendgetting reservations if you can, we waited 30 minutes. Other restaurants at this mall had an hour wait. So get reservations. Read more
Delicious, but plank salmon was over cooked. Seating took awhile given there was only 1 server. While I was waiting to be... seated I was turned off by the fact that the host stopped cleaning off a table and went to help out with serving food withoutcleaning his hands. ??????????? However, I must give 4 stars because Mark, a server, was professional and collected. The managerbusted her butt helping out. She was extremely busy but made the best of an unfortunate apparent employee shortage. I ordered atake and bake to go. I will eat it for breakfast. My first and last....The supervisor guy at the front is not the right person to receive customers, he has a nasty attitude. The... waitress try to make the difference but I was waiting for my drink more than 20 minutes the service was for only 2 persons; hebrings only one drink and said they are making yours... then 20 minutes later came with the drink. The appetizers came with thefood plates everything at the same time. The place wasn't to crowded they make us to wait to guide us to the table and we needto wait for the drink and the food. I need to say the food was great and delicious. They have to make changes and be moreorganized. Read more
The worst dinning experience I’ve had this year. We first walked up to the host table at 6:20 on a weeknight. After standing... there for about 10min and making eye contact with multiple staff members, we were still not acknowledged or seated. We decidedto take a lap around the mall and came back 20min later. This time after a similar experience of glances from staff, but no helpfor about 5min, we were seated. Our server was very friendly, but disappeared for long stretches. We asked for drink refills andwatched for 15min as other customers’ drinks were made and served by our server. The taste/quality of the pizzas were poor,especially considering the price of ~$20 for what equates to a medium pizza. Upon finishing our pizza, we were again leftwaiting an extended period of time for our check. Definitely do not recommend. Read more
