Food was cold. We ordered two croissant sandwiches.They barely heated up what must have been frozen as inside was still cold.

If I could give this location and staff a 0 I would, they?re very loud amongst themselves when there?s customers and rude. I... ordered a X-Large coffee they give me a large and said that is what I said! This is something I do everyday and it is very rudeto tell that I said Large when I didn?t. When I address it, the lady got loud through out the entire store with sarcasm about?Have a nice day? really really unprofessional and unpleasant staff!! Read more

The people working here do a darn good job considering there's two people working here tops. The line of people waiting can get... pretty long too. You get your order quickly but the trade off is they have no opportunity to be friendly or social. Can't holdthat against them given the circumstances. Read more

I visit Dunkin at least twice a week, different locations. Service is good at all, but I tend to return to the locations with... exceptional service: enthusiastic staff who go above and beyond with friendliness, and seem happy to greet the customer. I justneed to add that I'm not liking any of the new iced coffee choices!! Bitter after taste. Bring back my dark roast iced coffeeplease! :) Read more

Literally the worst place, terrible customer service, coffee always wrong, and even when there is only a few customers with very... simple orders they make me wait well over 10 minutes for a simple wake up wrap and these other ladies waited for 2 plain bagelsjust sliced not even toasted. After i asked the lady why it took so long she said because the online orders come first eventhough she had a line filled with customers now piling up becayse the employees couldnt work between orders. I have countlesslycome back to this place to give then more chances and every time they literally have let me down. Lost my business sorry notsorry Read more

We the last few times in there has been same crew and service has been good they need to be a bit faster on serving the walk in... customer instead of the drive thru. We that walk-in get to see any specials that are offered and more likely to buy more. Justmy opinion I get tired of standing there waiting to be served. Read more
