This is an excellent location on Farmington ave RT 4 and near RT 10. Very clean Starbucks, even when I walked in they were... cleaning the display glass. Well stocked goodies and my coffee was delicious. Every employee said hello which was a pleasantsurprise. Read more

The BARISTA s at this location are the greatest, they are very kind and helpful. I know I could be listed as their most annoying... customer because I'm very picky with my coffee drinks. But they always go out of their way to give me the drinks exactly to mypreference. Read more

After a long drive, I stopped for a simple venti dark roast, light with milk and 4 Splenda. I tipped her a buck. Right then the... manager said "go home". She took off her apron and left. Wait my coffee? Oh, it's a pour over and will be a few minutes. Noproblem. I wait and wait. Finally, then..... No Splenda and dark. I asked if they would mind dumping a bit out and to please addmore milk. The manager dumped halfway out and filled it with milk. Yes, it's cold. I left. It's never consistent here. Read more

I'm not too happy with the service from this location. The server / batista was rude and gave my daughter a hard time ordering a... drink. I wasn't too happy with the supervisor either here and won't be back. We don't frequent Starbucks often and this will beone of the reasons I won't either. Read more
