I go here every Tuesday and Thursday but the last month hot choco has been sub par. Machine must be down
3 Dunkins within 10 minutes of each other, this one's the worst. Coffee is supposed to taste like coffee, not overly sweetened... milk. Just go down the road to the one in Wilton, always better. Read more
I ordered a frozen coffee and a coolata.... Took almost 20 mins, the lady at register obviously had no idea what she was doing... although nice enough person, but one of the ladies in the back came up and was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried tospeak with her about how to do the coffee I like. Made an order for a frozen hot chocolate, and received a frozen coffee instead. The sticker on the side even said frozen hot... chocolate. I understand being busy, but we were the only ones in line. Plus, having two different people on the speaker, youdon't know if they both got the same order. And, trying to offer me another drink, When I already ordered the one. Was a bitmuch. The service was great and all of the employees were friendly. They worked efficiently despite being shorty-staffed. However, I... cannot give 5 stars due to a policy by the owner. The employees at this location are NOT allowed to accept tips which I findabominable. Let your customers tip your employees; they have earned it. Read more
This is the worst dunkin's I've been to in Maine. This past experience tops the cake. We ordered a large drink and two extra... toasted bagels thru mobile order. When I got to the window, I received a medium drink without whipped cream (as I had ordered).When I went to get the error fixed, the drink was barely filled, leaving more than two inches of space left for liquid. Thiswouldn't usually bother me as now I have two drinks, but when the manager is there, our drinks are never filled to the top. Thisis a regular occurrence. When I got home to eat my extra toasted bagels, both were actually burnt to a crisp. They weredisgusting. So disappointing. I would go somewhere else but this is the only location with a drive thru. The woman running the drive through window was pretty rude. But I guess it's hard to find decent help nowadays
