Stopped to get an ice cream at 7:58pm lights all on. The workers inside saw us pull up and get out of the car. TURNED THE LIGHTS... OFF ON US!l, AND PULLED THE NAPKINS!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! We went to your competitors down the road. Read more
Extremely wide selection of hand dipped and soft serve ice cream. It appears this is a hot spot for locals as it has for years.... We enjoyed it each time we visit Maine. This is a place to stop if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed. Read more
Gifford Ice cream is really good and creamy but they are very slow. They need a new system.
When you are open until 9pm any customer that arrives up until then should be served. You should not be telling customers that... are in line before 9 that they will not be served. We watched approximately 15 people get turned away between 8:40-9. Poorbusiness practices. Also, small errors on our order. Ice cream was pretty good. Read more
