My wife liked her food allot. She had the fish. The breading was great and the fish was still moist. I had the Ruben and... thought they went skimpy on the corned beef. For the price of the sandwich I thought there should have been more then one pieceof thin corned beef. I would not recommend this sandwich. Read more

Wow blown away. Everything was wonderful, from the perfectly cooked steak to the martini to the service. Staffnwas so friendly... and my order was delivered exactly as I requested, and 4 the price of under $35 was a shock. As I've paid twice even 3 timesthat at other restaurants. I highly recommend thos establishment, A++++ Read more

My wife and I needed some good food after a long day, and really didn't want fast food. Fortunately, Homestead has some... delicious food and drinks. We liked the comfy seats in the contemporary interior - definitely sets the tone for theexperience. The Seafood Tuscany dinner was perfectly prepared - the haddock was just right rather than overcooked as is toooften the norm at other restaurants. We loved the rich truffle and pork sauce in my truffle pappardelle. Every meal we've hadhere has been delicious and the Homestead is just an enjoyable place - we'll be back! Read more

First time. Lunch on a Saturday Hol8day weekend. Not busy at all. The pluses..friendly staff...Quick service..casual pleasant... atmosphere...probably nicest place in Farmington. B+ Food... Linguine Alfred with chicken highlight of lunch. Creamy, hot, chicken nicely grilled, pasta well cooked. A. Onion rings. Eh. Coating quite thick...small size for $7. C. Half a chicken saladwith homage chips. Looked nice when it came and first few bites ok when waitress asked if everything ok. Then, well. Chipsunevenly cooked and clearly been sitting awhile. Some chips crisp, some soggy in middle crisp on outside. Mixed thoughts.Chicken salad with tarragon mayo lettuce bacon and white bread. Too much mayo, bacon big chunks and bread had an odd, almostverging on stale taste. Only ate about half of a half. I will be the first to admit, I have worked in resturants in the past, and there is no way you can please every palate for every item. I have never and never would (unless something fundementallywrong like raw meat) ask for a refund. My taste are my taste and opinion. Overall, would stop in again and try different things.Experience was not a deal breaker. I would add pics, but does not seem an option. OK, when I edit the review pic option poped upso here they are. $7 for onion rings $7 for sandwich $19 for pasta. Read more

It was a mixed bag. The fried foods were light and crispy, but foods with dressing were overdressed and soggy. The fish was... small (a common problem these days). Waitress was great but there were only 2 waitstaff so service was slow and awkwardly timed.Main dishes came out about 3 minutes after my appetizer making me feel rushed. The mixed drink was delicious. The menu waseclectic. They need to refine their vision and clarify if this is meant to be a fancy restaurant bc it feels overpriced for whatyou actually get. Read more
