If there was a place for a negative star, I would mark it. We go to KFC often because they are one of the only places in town.... We ordered through Door Dash and when the Mr. was bringing the food to my husband, the handle on the bag broke and the bagripped, spilling the 16 piece bucket of chicken all over the ground. The other food didn't open at all. I called the store andspoke to the assistant manager and she was not hearing my side of the story. All she kept saying was, "when the chicken leavesthe store, we are not responsible for replacing it". So we argued about them putting way too much food in the bag and that beingthe reason that the bag broke. She then asked if I wanted to buy another bag because they charge 10 cents per bag. I said that Idefinitely would have bought a bag for each item. There was no option to purchase extra bags so we were unaware that we could.We figured it would be "common sense" not to put 3 potato containers, a coleslaw container, 3 gravy, a 16 piece bucket ofchicken and a box of biscuits in ONE bag. I then asked to talk to the manager and she told me to get a refund through Door Dash.Again, ignoring that it was THEIR fault for over filling the bag in the first place. Needless to say, I am calling corporatetomorrow and we will never give them business again. We will also share our experience on Facebook with our friends and hopethat they don't go there either. All over a BUCKET OF CHICKEN that they wouldn't replace. They are rude every time that we gothere also but, this tops it. Read more
Talk about lackluster and boring. While the service was unremarkable the food was....unappetizing at best. Pricy menu. And... midget tenders that I paid full price for. These looked like left over pieces, they just threw into the box. 5 tenders was morelike 3.5 if you pieced all of them together. My desire to goto KFC Is pretty much zero. If I could leave a 0 I would. Frequently eat here but never will again. Gave patience (50 minutes) with an order. It was messed... up, and I got charged for a meal which 8$ meal on a 5$ order which I didn't order. Order was also messed up. Never coming again.Came back the following day to explain and ask for a refund when I realized I got charged for a 20$ meal that was 5$ on my card.And was told sorry we can't do anything. Ok for a quick bite, standard KFC fare. Not much open at that time of the night so glad something was available.
