Service was horrible!! Ordered at drive thru when got to window employee was confused at what we Ordered. Told her. Paid for... meals, got drinks and then told to pull up to next window and food would come. After about 3-4 minutes another employee maybemanager comes to window ask if we have everything??? After telling him what our order was... it was well over another 5 minutesbefore we got our meals... never going back to this location!!! Read more

One of the worst I have visited. I try to be understanding especially with today's labor market but the service here was just... awful. I was in drive thru and ordered 2 large black coffees. I was shocked when I was told it would be 4.95 the same orderin Waterville was 3.79. Next I moved 1 car length in 15 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. I ended up pulling out of line andgoing to the convenience store next door and purchased an extra large coffee for 2.29. Read more
It's McDonald's foods the same at everyone. The woman who runs/bags food is amazing. Gets things done quick with a friendly... enough attitude. The manager guy is a jerk to employees and customers though. Read more
I enjoy this McDonalds and have never had a bad experience before today. The reason why I'm leaving such a negative review is... because I witnessed a manager yell at THREE different employees while waiting for my order. The order was taking a few minutesmore than usual, and I didn't mind. But apparently this was deemed "unacceptable" by the manager, who promptly berated anemployee in front of me. Needless to say, I am disgusted that this store thinks that kind of behavior is okay. Think twicebefore supporting this place. Read more
Grabbed my daughter some chicken nuggets on our way to Rangeley last week, it was her first time ever having them, she was so... excited to have a little box to eat her food out of, im surprised by the hike in prices but understand the cost of everything isgoing up! My sweet girl enjoyed every bite, also this restaurant, the parking lot and the drive through were kept pretty clean!Kudos! Read more
