Placed an online order and received a confirmation email, the balance was also withdrawn from my gift card. I got to the store... and they didn?t have an order for me. They confirmed I was at the correct store, and I was told this happened to three otherpeople today? Yet they kept the site open for orders?! I could not get a refund (was told to wait and/or contact customerservice if it didn?t come) nor could I get my food without paying again. My partner had to go to work without dinner, and I wenthome hungry. Not impressed. Point being, if you?re aware your website is broken and multiple customers have been affected, stoptaking online orders until you fix it.
