Placed an online order and received a confirmation email, the balance was also withdrawn from my gift card. I got to the store... and they didn?t have an order for me. They confirmed I was at the correct store, and I was told this happened to three otherpeople today? Yet they kept the site open for orders?! I could not get a refund (was told to wait and/or contact customerservice if it didn?t come) nor could I get my food without paying again. My partner had to go to work without dinner, and I wenthome hungry. Not impressed. Point being, if you?re aware your website is broken and multiple customers have been affected, stoptaking online orders until you fix it. If you have no way to do that, you should probably figure out a way. Read more
Service is usually fast and friendly, however, it can get pretty busy and the Subway app hardly ever works which is very... frustrating when they're offering "order through app only" discounts or you'd like to skip the line. It's conveniently locatedin-town and now available for delivery through Doordash! Read more
Saved the day, not to many places open after nine in this area. Double stuffed BMT with a vinegarette was excellent. Girl behind... the counter was super quick. She was alone and there was a line. She recognized the wait rose to occasion while still beingpolite and courteous. Great job. Read more
Well normally this subway does a good job but tonight at 8pm on 10/19/20 I ordered a Subway club one of the old fashiond ones 6"... a sandwich I have gotten here in both sizes plenty to know how its made. i I only get meat cheese and mayo so I have beeninstructed before to tell them there wont be any veg. So I told the girl that and that I only wanted the meat and cheese heatedup and tonight it had two pieces of Turkey folded was half one piece of ham then 2 pieces of bacon and mayo cost me $6.15 andtheres no way it will even come out to the amount of calories then menu says a 6" subway club should have.. A 6" is usually 4pieces of Turkey folded in half then 4 pieces of ham folded in half then two pieces of bacon.
