Has always been made right, in-app deals and mobile orders are definitely dependent on particular locations though.
We have given this location several of tries. This location needs to pay attention more to what their customers are ordering. We... only asked for 3 tacos, and 2 burritos, but ended up with wrong food. Their customer service is horrible, especially making yourcustomers wait for almost 20 minutes for their small order. No communication or listening skills. Workers need to be re-trainedor hire new people. Definitely recommend other establishments in this area for better service and food! Read more
Very poor quality control on their products. Most of the time ingredients are missing or there is so little filling that you are... eating mostly the shell with their tacos. Reminders to at least fill them minimally does no good. Also, the entire rearlandscaping by the drive thru hasn?t been trimmed in months and is overrun with weeds and usually littered with garbage thatstays there for weeks. I can?t imagine the kitchen or dining area being any better. Poor management. Read more
Their prices are fair for the portions they give. They don't have enough help as most restaurants these days. The service is... slow. The dining area is never cleaned, & it is annoying not to have condiments out where we can take them without having tobother the workers. Read more
On this particular visit, I had each member of my party order there own meal at the counter so to not confuse the cashier. She... was still very confused and when someone ordered an item that was already on the list, she didn't add it to the order. So weleft without three items and had to go back and and reorder them. Service was relatively quick. They ran out of rice and messed up our order but offered to substitute the rice and fixed the... order fast. Good customer service. Overall the employees were great. Running out of ingredients happens but they handled itwell. Read more
Utterly disgusting inside. Absolutely Filthy eating environment. EVERY table was dirty. The floor was appalling for a... restaurant. The windows and doors were dirty and uncapped. Tiles were either missing or falling out of the ceiling. If thecustomer area is this bad - I can only imagine what the cooking area would look like upon inspection. I won?t even comment onthe poor service. I LOVE Taco Bell/KFC - but I will be taking my business elsewhere for now. Read more
Place is absolutely disgusting floors trashed and not one single clean table. Felt like eating at the oxford fair is cleaner.
