Not sure what the hype is for this restaurant? We seen all the cars in the parking lot and decided we would give them a try. ... This restaurant's food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Salmon burger with the house made chips, and a side of theirgrilled shrimp. The salmon patty had a sour smell and appeared to be undercooked, the house chips were old and stale, and thegrilled shrimp was burnt and overly seasoned. I sent ALL of my food back. I then decided to try the Club sandwich. I wasactually better than I expected. My daughter ordered the patty melt. They didn't have the onions to put on the sandwich anddidn't mention it until my daughter asked our server about the onions. She was very disappointed as well. My husband order theGreek salad to which was just a big bowl of lettuce with a few veggies mixed in. Our waitress offered me a free dessert tocompensate me for the less than stellar experience. Unfortunately the manager that was on staff told her she would have to payfor it herself. I felt that was very tacky on behalf of the manager that was on staff Saturday night as well as the owner/s. Apparently the manager and the cooking staff have not been trained properly. Needless to say, I will never ever go back toGrand Tavern. Read more

My waitress was wonderful I forgot her name but know her face. She was a delight. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere is... sooooo relaxing and the food was the BOMB diggity. I order boneless wings and buffalo chicken dip Oh my Goodness it was greatand the burgers and fries was awesome as well. Love this place. Will be going back every chance I get. Read more
Door Dashed the highly recommended Tavern Burger with Loaded Potatoes and three Labatt Blue’s. Everything was excellent.... Burger was nice and hot, cooked perfectly (medium well), loaded potatoes had generous toppings, and beer was nice and cold—the icing on the cake. I look forward to visiting the restaurant in person. Even though the decor inside was very dark & in need of renovation, our waitress was amazing. I enjoyed the side salad with... house made blue cheese dressing. The freshly made salmon burger was a tad heavy on the dill; but with the add on of provolone,grilled onions, guacamole & its side of tater tots, overall lunch was good Read more
I came because of the reviews. Honestly the place is just OK, maybe because I'm not local but it seem the place needs a... refresh, smell like wet carpet. The food was OK, the ambiance is for people over 50 most likely. The wings were very good. Read more

Delicious food and an excellent selection of drinks and food. The servers and chefs are pleasant and attentive. The manager also... stopped by to check in on us. The atmosphere is perfect for a large group or an intimate gathering. It was my first time here,and I was traveling for business. I would definitely come back. Read more
