Absolutely awful. I ordered from their website. 1 pizza, 1 salad, 1 drink. Estimated time was 45 mins. First of when I called they took my order and they said 45 minutes to a hour and then I get a text from doordash saying that... they are waiting for my order and so my sister called and the girl on my phone was being really rude and said that they don'thave a delivery driver so they put it on doordash and we still have by received our pizza so we called and canceled and it isstill saying that someone is at the store or on their way Read more
I ordered a steak & cheese sub, requested lite butter and no mushrooms. Instead, I got what seemed like ?extra? butter and it... had more mushrooms than meat. It took 3 paper towels to soak up all the butter and since I don?t eat fungus I picked the Shroomsoff and I swear I had like half a dozen little pieces of meat on the whole thing. Plus, last time I ordered a BBQ chicken pizzaand they put Buffalo wing sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce. Read more
I ordered $86 worth of food. Both orders of chicken were undercooked and my bread was burnt. Not to mention my sauces were not... sent and I paid for delivery. The manager on-site was rude. She said my the chicken was actually cooked and she claimed my orderwas voided my order and wanted me to repay for the order. I had to ask her numerous times to show me a receipt that says theorder was actually voided. She finally provided a receipt but was rude as hell. Please do not go to this location. Read more
I don't want to be that guy, but seriously, this isn't okay. The Howie wings costs 12 for 8pcs and look at what you get... All... could fit inside of my palm I guess.. too bad! Can't trust in you guys anymore, for sure won't be back. Read more
Do not order from this location. The delivery took over an hour and a half and when I called, the manager was the one who picked... up the phone and said that there was nothing she could do about the long delivery time because they use Door Dash and have nocontrol over it. I asked if there was anything she could do to compensate for it and she just said no, because they can'tcontrol Door Dash. When the food finally arrived, it was cold like it was just sitting out on a counter while it was waiting tobe delivered. I will never order from Hungry Howie's again. This place is the worst. I order through the store some how still got door dash? anyways I called the store soon as I placed my order I wanted to check... it was rite and they hung up.
